The CS rules, I believe, state that you can draw and use the designs, as long as you don't claim them to be your own, and take them off CS and whatnot. She isn't claiming the designs, just the linearts and the art she made with said linearts ^^

2) Before I posted I asked an admin if I could indeed use the designs from CS pets. They said just so long as I didn't steal anyone's art, it was fine (I was spammed by someone so I lost the message as well as all my art custom requests >.< Luckily I saved those)

If that's so, can't she simply note on that post that they're based off of CS pets? She never said that she made the original designs, either.

Try to put those sort of messages in a specific folder so that it doesn't happen again.

But you didn't really give any credits to CS for the designs of most of them.

Yes and if you see the posters comment thy claim they didn't make them. So thereby it's not theirs. I am the original artist of those. I had them on veoh.com but I deleted it because people where fighting on the channel comments. If someone downloaded it from there and posted it to youtube well that's theyre problem.
