The owners of smili parent's can't adopt away the cubs on their own, at least not without my approval. It's to protect the smili from being adopted off at random (similar to the rule that smili that are no longer wanted should be returned to me, not some adoption center or some friend). However, I do support the idea of giving Applefiend a cub.

And Applefiend, there is no plan for the smili cubs. I'll just make them when I get a moment to spare^^.
