“Hello and congratulations. You now inhabit a world that is millions of dimensions away from the dimension you know as Earth. You are in Htrae(pronounced trey). Your mission begins as soon as you wake up. Good Luck Dove.”
I wake up in a big light purple room. I’m lying on a bed that has a Tinker Bell comforter on in. I sit up & take in the room around me. It’s completely decked out in Tinker Bell. I stretch and someone comes in the room.
“Oh, Dove! You’re already up! That’s good! Come on, let’s go!” I looked at the girl’s red hair, blue eyes and face full of freckles and I knew that her name was Lizzy.
“Where are we going?” I asked as I got up out of bed. Lizzy grabbed me by the wrist and took me to the closet in the room.
“You’ll see! Just get dressed and come downstairs when you’re ready!” She squealed in excitement and left, closing the door behind her.
I sighed and looked through my clothes. I found a cute gothic type shirt that I knew would look good on me and paired it with a pair of dark jeans. I went into the bathroom to straighten my hair. I did it out of habit… A habit I didn’t know I possessed.
I saw my hair, its black color with many neon pink and green streaks in it, and was really happy all of a sudden. My hair was really cute! I smiled as I turned on the straightener. I then turned on my radio and waited for the straightener to heat up.
I straightened my hair, turned it and the radio off and headed downstairs grabbing my phone off of my dresser as I passed.
“Okay, so can you tell me where we’re going now?” I ask gruffly as I sit down in the kitchen to pour myself some coffee.
“Nope! But I can tell you this: you won’t need your coffee!” She grabbed the coffee pot away from me and dragged me out the door.
I felt like I was being taken hostage as she dragged me to her car, threw me into the back seat, got in the driver’s seat, started the car and sped off.
