2. Midnight Snack
Vivira smirked as the shadowy clouds slowly revealed the mysterious full moon. Her bright yellow eyes scanned the area. She loved being a dragon. No other living creature could surpass the magnificence and skill of a dragon. Vivira dug her ivory claws into the soft mud, beating her scaly green wings to create a cool midnight breeze. Target sighted. The silhouette of her wimpy, unsuspecting prey reflected in her sharp eyes. She licked her scaly lips hungrily, waiting for the right moment to strike. As the prey turned away from the direction of Vivira's clever hiding spot in the lush bushes, Vivira got ready to strike. Vivira dived in for the kill. Her claws dug into the target. Tsk. Tsk. This little deer was walking around late at night. Without even waiting for single minute to pass, Vivira dug her razor-like teeth into her prey's flesh.

She grinned as she licked the last bit of meat off her lips. Vivira flicked her tail as she flew past the tops of the ominous trees. She always loved her midnight snack.
