Hey there guys!
So, I was looking through my pets and I saw the Halloween siblings {that's what they are to me } and figured I could maybe exercise my muse by writing a story with them. And what's a story without a little love interests? Only, the siblings to me are pretty creepy. The kind of wacky family you'd see on some weird sitcom. They live in a gothic mansion deep in a forest, completely isolated from the outside world. So, what do they do there? They need some sort of contact with others and they would get fed up with their brothers and sisters rather quickly. They're not stupid and they realized this, so they've taken it upon themselves to make their own friends.

In the next post, I will introduce you to the characters so far and if we happen to come across some more, it will be updated.

The Family

Andrew "Andy" Wainwright: The oldest of the four Wainwright siblings. He is perhaps the most sensible of them all and will often offer his opinions to his brother and sisters. If he isn't locked up in his room he is often found on the living room's love seat, occupying himself with whatever seems appropriate. Andy has a fascination with dolls and spends most of his time creating his own.








Ezelia "Ellie" Wainwright: The second oldest sibling. Often times, Ezelia's mouth will get her in trouble. She believes it is her duty to reward and reprimand her siblings - Andy refuses to punish them as he finds it inhumane - which frequently ends up driving them away from her. Because her prescence usually causes arguements in the house, she spends a lot of her time outside and around the nearby creek. Her obsession belongs to the wolves after having seen one hunt. Ezelia's hangout provides her with the perfect chance to study the animals up close.





Garrett Wainwright: The third oldest. Garrett is referred to as the "comic relief" of the family, most often by his younger sister. He always tries to provide some sort of humor when the mood is a little too dark for his tastes - although what he thinks is hilarious is often times inappropriate. Although he loves to crack jokes, he has a serious side to him and it shows, especially if it involves the mansion's garden. Garrett enjoys tending to the flowers as he finds their symbolic meanings interesting.





Constance "Connie" Wainwright:The youngest. Constance is considered the innocent one and is coddled by her older siblings. While the protection they provide her is nice, she hates being sheltered and will often seek out ways to put herself in danger. She loves the feeling of adreniline and will risk anything for it, although she's not quite stupid enough to put her life on the line - yet.

Their Partners
Although their descriptions may refer to them as a certain age or in a later stage in their relationship, the story will start off with the partners being introduced. These descriptions are only to show how they will develop later on.

Jessamine: Created by Andy. She has taken on the role of mother to the siblings, following after Andy's fatherly tendencies. Most of her time is consumed by completeing the chores around the house, scolding the three younger siblings and giving them advice. She is most attached to Andy but feels the most connected to Constance, often referring to her as her "little baby". Because she is only a year old there are many things she doesn't understand and is not afraid to ask questions, unless it involves giving advice to the others. Although her intentions are good, what she offers them often makes no sense.




Hranil: A werewolf. Unlike the others, Hranil does not stay at the mansion and will come and go as he pleases. When he isn't hanging around the estate, he is normally robbing the nearby village - his way of surviving. He enjoys mouthing off to Ezelia, as her reaction is the most explosive and is worth being exiled from the mansion. Although the siblings claim to dislike him, he is often able to enter the home with only a grunt or shake of the head from it's occupants. He opens up to Jessamine and shows a great deal of respect to her, treating her like his own mother. Hranil's stomach is as large as his ego and he loves to scavage the pantries for food.



Lila: Created and tended to by Garrett. Lila's attitude is similar to her looks - withered. When she had first been created, she was a ball of sunshine, but as she aged her health started to deteriorate as well as he outlook on life. Unmotivated to do much of anything and in too horrible a state, she is usually found in Garrett's room, huddled up in the corner of the windowsill. Still, there are days where she will help the youngest brother with the garden. Although she very rarely shows any sort of emotion, there are times where she can't help but smile - usually the effect of one of Garrett's jokes.




Nathaniel: Summoned by Constance. Much like Lila, Nathaniel's personality is parallel to his looks. Even though he constantly picks on Constance - calling her a "brat" - he cares deeply for her and the rest of the family. He is protective of the youngest sibling, perching himself on the iron gate surrounding the estate, even if he won't admit to it. He keeps to himself for the most part, however he will bicker with Hranil over little matters. In spite of constantly suggesting he be sent back to his home, Nathaniel enjoys his current location and would never want to leave.
