My dad and I got in the car to go to the hospital. As we were pulling out of the driveway, i happened to glance tword the house. Right next to the garage, was The Wolf. He was standing very stiff, nose in the air as if there was an awfull scent in the air. Then he looked right at me and i saw panic in his eyes.
My dad and I pulled into the hospital parking lot, and as we parked my dad turned to me and i saw tears in his eyes.
"Are you sure you want to go in there? What if she has a bunch of wires and stuff atached to her, and theres lots of docters and nurses running around her? What if somethings wrong?" By this time he was full on crying,
"I-I cant s-se her like t-that" He laid his head on the stering wheel. As I watched him, I understood. He was terrified of hospitals, and to be honest, I didnt like them much myself.
After I got him calmed down, we went to check in at the hospital. The nurse at the desk to,d us the number of the room my mom was in, and told us that we could go ahead and see her.
We walked into the room, and to my relief, she was sitting up and seemed fine, but she looked tired and pale.
"Mom!" I yelled happily, "Are you ok? What happened?" She gave me a sad look.
"Well," she said, "The docters didn't find anything, but then again I knew they wouldn't." I looked at her, confused.
"What do you mean?" I asked.
She looked at my dad and said, "We have to tell her. She has a right to know."
"Here?" My dad asked, a note of worry in his voice, "Now?" She nodded.
"Tell me what?" I asked.
My mom looked at me, "The Sickness."
