Dear SJ,

I called Aaron on my iPhone today. He's a really cool guy, actually. Here's how it went:
"Hey Aaron, it's Lux from detention," I said when he picked up.
"Hi Lux! How's it going?"
I shrugged even though he couldn't see it.
"Alright I guess. I still have three more days of detention," I replied. I flapped my wings silently and then stared around my room.
"Same here," Aaron said. "Savvy's boyfriend is such a nimrod. I mean, he started the fight."
"That's ridiculous!" I snarled. "Why should you get in trouble for something he did? Not cool!"
Shuffling on his end, and then,
"Yeah, and when you punched Liana.... She was insulting you! She should've expected a pop in the nose sooner or later, right?"
"My thoughts exactly."
You know what? I like this guy already.
After about an hour, we hung up because Aaron had to eat dinner. Speaking of which, Shay is calling me downstairs right now.
