[Chapter One:] The Beginning
It was a very big shock for Alice Prince. One; she had been enrolled in Tynda Magic School and two; she learnt she was a witch and all in one day. As she told her parents, they were quite relieved. She then learnt her parents had been there.

"That was what we were told to get in our first year, must be very helpful them I suppose." Her mother told her with great pride in her voice as she patted Alice on the back.
"We`ll go now," her father said grinning from ear to ear. "Come, get your coat on and we`ll be off."
Alice nodded and put her jacket on, running to the door. Her father came along and opened the door, leading them into the car where they then drove off into the shops.
"Where are we going?" Alice asked.
"To Alley Alley."
"Well that`s a stupid name!"
"It`s supposed to be, people get curious otherwise." Her father told her.
They soon were at the shops, people bustling around them. They went towards a door and Alice frowned,
"What`s this?"
"The entrance." Her father told her and opened the door. "Come on." He stepped inside and walked into a small cobblestone street with funny looking people bustling around.
"Well come on Honey," Alice`s mother said and leaded her into the street.
Now one thing to tell you, so you don`t keep ready Alice`s mother and Alice`s dad, their names are Rosie Prince and Dane Prince. Well, onto the story again?
As they walked down the street, Alice soon realized that everyone here were not normal humans. They were either witches or wizards, mages or warlocks, or just something not human like a shapeshifter. The three walked into a small shop with books lining the windows. A bell ringed as they opened the door.
"We`re here for the First Year books for my daughter," Dane said looking at the shop owner.
"Tynda? Yes yes, we have those books!" The owner said smiling. He went into a draw and pulled out a bag of books. "That`ll be twenty Klaoy." He handed the bag of books over and watched as Rosie pulled out a small silver coin. "Thank you!"
"Come now," Rosie said shooing Alice out of the store.
"Off to get your parchment, quills and ink now." Dane said and turned the corner into a fairly large store with paper, quills and inks resting neatly on shelves. "The shop owner keeps her store nice and neat."
"Welcome. I suppose Tynda?"
"Yes, she`s off to Tynda." Rosie said frowning.
"Well, ten Klaoy for the lot I suppose." The shopkeeper said as Dane put things on the counter.
Rosie handed over the coins and gathered the things. "Quite glad we got things today, she`s off to Tynda tomorrow! Could have given us the note earlier at least!" She ushered Alice out as usual. "Now for your robes, then we`ll probably get your wand since you`re a witch."
They bought the robes and the wand before going to a small cafe and getting an ice cream each to eat.
"Let`s get home then." Dane said frowning.
