The Raven
The Raven is he.
Who wakes in the morn-
To find the freshest corn-

The Raven is he.
Even much to our displeasure-
Sings as if a great treasure-

The Raven is he.
Through simple life-
Added great strife-

The Raven is he.
Who sits on the post-
For thats all in the most-
A Raven can do, except boast-
About the latest great roast-

Stolen Prize
The sqawk of a surprised king
Taken from their throne
Together cages cling
The plane enigine moans
Feathers lay scattered on the floor
Four hundred behind bars
For swawks fill the room; slammed door
Feather fill the tiny cars
Locked behind bars; once again
Lazy princes perch on branchs
Looking parents, children naggin'
Locked monarchs, too many chances
But a song still echos in their souls
Bold hearts; fly fast
Brilliant fire dying; not enough coal
But that is just the past
For they are Majesties in Captivity
