Hello, I'm Michaela. You know, the new girl who sits quietly and listens. The girl who is always smiling and laughing. Yeah that's me. I may seem happy, as if I have no habits but I have some pretty darn embarrassing secrets, along with pretty dark times (as well as happy ones) Be prepared to cry with me and laugh with me as we endure this journey together. Be prepared for my journey of life.

Okay.... Here's the next entry:

I don't trust you enough yet to tell you a secret but I'm sure I can trust you with what happened today. Today was my first day of school. It was a whole new school. I was starting 8th grade... I got bullied, already! I was wearing pink today and peaple teased me for it. They pushed me into the lockers and I was still able to smile the whole way home and through classes. That's me, smiles. I was always the smiley, laughy girl no matter what. The truth is I wanted to cry, I wanted to crawl up in a corner and cry until tomorrow. I did something when I got home, that I always do. But that's a secret you may find out later.

I can't stand it any more! I have to trust that no one will find you! My deepest darkest secret is that I still suck my thumb! Please let no one find you! Please let no one tease me. Michaela, what have you done? I promise you it will be a while for me to forgive myself but it feels so dang good to have that secret released! I have never felt so free!

OKay, wow, I was being a drama queen yesterday. Yes, I suck my thumb. Yes, I'm a grade 8! I know stupid right, but I can't stop. Don't go laughing about me, and don't go telling my class mates! Maybe I should just stop writing right now and burn you. Maybe, but you make me feel better, how is it I can barely trust you? You're a diary for crying out loud! Anyways, today at school was normal. I was bullied, pushed into lockers, but I stayed smiling. Only something else happened. One of the boys in that group, yes there are girls in it too, whispered in my ear he said "I'm going to get you out of this mess, you have to bear with something painful tomorrow and so will I, but it will get you out." Confusing, right? Well I'll find out tomorrow... See yah!

Sorry, for the blood and tear stained pages. It's so painful to write right now, not only does it hurt physically, but mentally also. This story may go into detail so be prepared to maybe cry or be disgusted:
Today was the day Jefferson Grudge died, he died simply saving me. The boy who softly whispered in my air, the secret gives a soft but haeart-aching memory. The secret is a rose. A rose with soft petals and sweet aroma in every fold. But roses have thorns and this one is no different. His death was so tragic, because it was my fault. Toby Johnston brought a knife to school, but I didn't know. He whispered something in my ear that made me smile. His whisper was harsh but I still believed him. I let him lead me to an alley after school. He said he was going to apologize but he pulled out the knife and before I could run he stabbed just below where my heart was. The pain hadn't hit yet because I was still in shock. My blood soaked shirt was slopped and stuck to my body. Jefferson came to my rescue. He gave me his own shirt to push to my wounds. He fought bravely against Toby as I called 9-1-1 but before the cops could get there, Toby had one the battle. Before Jefferson left this world I was able to say goodbye his name is left on my lips, he left me with a broken heart but I can forgive him for that. I can't forgive him for leaving me without saying good-bye. Nor can I forgive him for not telling me he would die. Toby and his pals are suffering in Juvenal, they deserve what they got.
