Chapter 2 (does a little dance)
Teya stood up streching "Let me guys know if you want any help!" she said happily deciding to forgive Heilix for his previous out burst. "Will do" Maya called after her. After the door shut Heilix turned back to Maya.
"And just how are we gonna get to New York?" he asked curiosly.
Maya thought about it for a second "Fastest and cheepest way is to teleport" she quipped. Heilix almost snorted "And HOW do you expect us to do that?" he aruged. Maya shrugged her shoulders "You tell me your the one who did it in the library".
Heilix's expression immediatly dropped and he sat back stumbling. Maya raised an eye brow and couldnt help but giggle a little. "Well" Heilix crossed his arms "First of all its called Telerun-" Maya bursted out laughing, almost falling over onto the floor "I'm not doing anything with you if thats what it's called!" she laughed. Heilix scowled "I thought it was a great name!" he argued back.
"Oh Heilix you have an awesome sense of humor" Maya wiped away a tear from her eye. Heilix fumed "Yeah?! Well... I bet you cant come up with a better!" He countered. Maya looked up at him smug grin across her face "I bet you that I can come up with something ten times better than that!" she said.
It was Heilix's turn to laugh "HA! Your on!" He stuck out his hand, Maya took it and Heilix smiled. His grip tightened as the world seemed to slip away. Taken into darkness but quickly they reappeared somewhere else, Maya didnt have time to even see where they were before it changed quickly. Almost like the world was melting into itself, almost instantly it struck.
Voices, whispers, people telling her to 'Find the others'. Heilix didnt seem to hear them, Maya doubled over.
"HEILIX STOP!" she suddenly yelled, Heilix stopped what he was doing and they landed on a road, nearly missing an 18 wheeler. They came onto the sidewalk and Maya gripped her head. Numbers pictures flew through her mind, Heilix dismissed the scene to onlookers as a regular migrane.
"Find the rest Maya! You know where they are!" the voice said one last time before it all went away. Maya was left there gasping for air, she rubbed her temples and looked up at Heilix and the crowd giving an unsure smile "I'm fine" she assured everyone and they all seemed to sigh reliefe before going about their lives.
"What was that all about?" Heilix asked helping her to her feet. "We need to find someone in here- this town Heilix" Maya said turning to him.
Heilix sighed "Whatever". Maya glarred at him and set off, it was only a few streets down, but she felt like she had been here a sudden image played through her mind.
There were multipule figures it was dark, and raining, they seemed almost human but, not eniterlly. Their eyes were blood red and their hair was almost like a wavy black that seemed like shadows, almost the same as the ones pouring off their body. They moved down the road, the same road that her and Heilix had just come to. Old Pool Road. They came to a house at the end and two of the group walked up into the yard, they changed their shadows disapearing they looked like regular kids, and one of them opened their mouth to speak.
"We will remain here until you come back to get us. We trust you on this you know" the first one said. The head creature demon thing nodded in response, they both went their seperate ways and as the leader turned around, a face could barely be seen, and it looked almost like Maya's...
Maya opened her eyes again comming back from the vision. "You okay? Or is this becoming as regular as your period?" Heilix asked crossing his arms. Maya in turn punched him in the gut "Hush your face" she said before getting to her feet and walking down the road. They came to the end of it and right in front of them was a small house, to which Maya pointed "There". "What about it?" Heilix asked admiring the finely trimed hedges. "We're not here to sight see Heilix" she slapped him again irritably. "So how are we gonna go about this walk up and be like hey? Have you had any weird dreams lately perhaps a needle running through your chest or maybe you've nearly been killed by a phycospathic doll?" Heilix mocked. Maya glarred at him and he shut up.
"Just- follow my lead" she stomped up to the door and was about to knock when a loud crash came from inside. Followed immediatly by the front window smashing, due to two guys falling through, one was a hunter the other was a kid that looked to be about their age if not older. A girl came running into the window "Gale!" she yelled. Another Hunter came up behind her. "Hey watch it!" Heilix yelled running at her, she ducked but it wasnt nessicary, Heilix ported right through her delivering an Ax kick in mid-air to the hunter sending him to the floor for good. The kid who was pinned down by a hunter delivered a devistating blow to the chest and threw the dead thing off of him. The girl who Heilix had just saved ran up to her friend 'Gale' and his behind him. "Who are you?!" The kid demanded. He had jet black hair, his lip was peirced and he had tatoos on his arms. The girl behind him was small and looked to only be 12 or so, she had long curly blond hair tied into pig tails huge green eyes that reflected just about anything in them. Heilix held up his hands and motioned for him to chill.
"We're like you, we got needle and dreams and those things" he pointed at the dead hunter "Chasin' after us". Gale seemed to scowl. Heilix put his hands on his hips and ported over to Maya. "Will you help us?" The smaller girl asked peeking from behind Gale. Maya bent down to her level "Yeah we'll help you. My names Maya" she held out her hand. "Mig, thats my brother Gale" she said. Gale looked the two over.
"Who exactly are you?" he asked curiosly.
Heilix gave a smug grin "You can call us friends. And if you want... We'll give you a ride to New York".

Chapter um.. 2? part um 2? YEAH THATS IT

Mig looked at him quizzically and then turned to Maya.
“What’s in New York?” Mig asked. Maya opened her mouth but couldn’t find the words.
Heilix spoke for her placing his hands behind his head and looking away “We have no idea” he sang.
Maya clenched her fists, her arm jutted out, slamming Heilix in the head causing him to fall over into the bushes. Again.
“We…” Maya trailed off seeing Mig’s large eyes resting on her. Maya sighed in defeat “Okay we have no idea what so ever” she admitted.
“I called it!” Heilix’s hand shot up from the bushes, before disappearing he stood right next to Maya.
Gale put out his hand pushing Mig behind him “And how are we going to do this?” he inquired.
“Um? Have you not seen me?” Heilix asked teleporting around the two “I think that’s a clear indicator”.
Gale grabbed Heilix by the arm slamming him into a tree.
“Look pretty boy” He hissed.
“Gale!” Mig yelled stopping her foot down. He turned to her.
“Put the porting man down!” She demanded placing her hands on her hips.
Gale looked at Heilix who smiled “You heard her tattoo, put me down” he remarked.
Gale dropped Heilix and looked at Maya “We trust you. I hope you know that. And if this is a trap” Gale raised his finger to his throat and slid it across.
“Ooo I’m so scared,” Heilix said re-appearing over by Maya “Maya can we go now? Or try and find food or something?” Heilix complained.
“Look” Gale took a menacing step forward. Heilix did a girlish scream and hid behind Maya.
“Gale!” Mig yelled grabbing onto his arm.
“Heilix quit screwing around,” Maya said lamely and pulled him in front of her “Alright… lets port” she said.
“What?” Heilix asked. Maya paused before laughing “Ha! I win!” she said suddenly Mig jumped back.
“Wait what?!” Heilix demanded placing his hands on his hips.
“Our bet I came up with a better name!” Maya declared.
“Psssh that’s not better” Heilix scoffed. Maya glared at him “You’re just jealous!” she declared.
“Oh please I’m so jealous.” he made a face at her “I dare you to come up with an even better name!”.
“Deal” Maya took his hand and Gale and Mig joined in before Heilix disappeared taking them with him.
