I was just wondering, I have had them all for a while C:
~Calico
-Grimheart is a no. First of all the Grim Reaper is a human thing which cats do no not about. And as for the word 'grim' the word means "fierce in disposition or action" and "stern or forbidding in action or appearance." What mother would name there kit that? Unless this cat is in an evil clan I suggest not to use it.
-Ravenheart is fine.
-Calicoleaf makes little sense. In the books they call Calico cats Tortoiseshells and that's only in the allegiances (Sorry if I am wrong but I can't remember the Erins calling a cat a Calico). Calico means a spotted cat with mostly white while Tortoiseshell means a spotted cat but with little to no white. But naming a cat 'Calicokit' is like naming a 'Tabbykit'. So really it is not an appropriate name. Besides, it seems these terms are more used by humans, for I can't remember a cat saying the word Tabby, Calico, or Tortoiseshell, but feel free to correct me and make me wrong. This does feel like a name for a daylight warrior or for cats that refuse to give up there kittypet name.
-Unless Windsurf lives on the beach he will probably not be aware of the ocean. And surf is a human term, which cats are not aware of. Plus, I ussually advise against most duel element names. Of course there are a few exceptions to some duel elements names, but this is not one.
-Briarlight was a cat in the books I suggest to not use it for it's not a warrior name, despite the fact Erin Hunter uses it. Briar is a plant and light is well... light. This name falls under the duel element rule, plus briars can not emit or reflect light. Unless of course said briar is on fire, but the briar would still not be emitting a light. It would be the fire doing so.
-Fear is not a suitable suffix, even for an evil cat. So Hawkfear is a very silly warrior name.
-Frostgaze is fine but I really hate the sound of it. Though I believe not all warrior must flow (They are two words for pete's sake) I personally would use Frostygaze but I do that with all to most gaze names. However, Frostgaze is a perfectly fine name, as long as the Frost was referring to there pelt and not there eyes when they were a kit. Kits are born with there eyes closed so being named Frostkit after there eyes is unrealistic. If they were named Frostkit because of there pelt but later there eyes fit the Frost name too, that is fine.
-Ferretstrike is fine, as long as the cats live near ferrets. :V
