Chapter one, Curiosity
---------------------------------(Okay so as i was writing this I realized that not everyone may watch Cells at work! or know all the cells and their functions which is really important for understanding this story so i've decided to take the liberty of listing all the cells i can recall)

-Red blood cell: Carry oxygen around the body and different cells
-White blood cell(Neutrophil): An immune cell, Usually the bodies first defense against pathogens
-Memory cells-A lymphocyte responsible for particular antigen on its reintroduction, long after the exposure that prompted its production.
-Dendritic cell- Antigen-presenting cells-main function is to process antigen material and present it on the cell surface to the T cells of the immune system. They also help activate Naive Killer T cells.
-Killer T cells- If the white blood cells fail to fully eradicate the invidar before they spread and infect cells, the Killer T Cells step in, there role is to kill any foreign entities and cells that are damaged or infected.
-Naive Killer T Cell- A inactivated T cell, These cells are thought of as useless until activated by an dendritic cell
-Helper T cell: leads the Killer T Cell division into action and commands them
-Macrophage:Macrophages are specialised cells involved in the detection, phagocytosis and destruction of bacteria and other harmful organisms. In addition, they can also present antigens to T cells.
-Eosinophil: A type of white blood cell, Relatively weak against bacteria and viruses but there true potential shines through when battling parasites and allergens.
-B cell: A type of immune cell responsible for making antigens
-Platelets: A type of blood cell responsible for closing wounds
(Okay that's all the cells im listing, i know wayyy more but for timesake this is it. Anyhow let's start.)

'The human body contains roughly 37 trillion cells. Each and every one of these cells are busy ensuring your comfort and survival. From the cells like me,oxygen carrying red blood cells, to the ruthless bacteria destroying white blood cells and everything in between. Everyday your body is being constantly attacked by bacteria, viruses, fungi and other foreign pathogen but you barely give them a second thought,your immune system usually wipes them out before you even notice, but what really happens when the body stops taking care of itself, who really suffers, us, The cells. In this body, us cells are pushed beyond our limits, time to rest is minimal and rare but each cell pushes on, Im a red blood cell who just got got transfused into this body a few months ago, the body I was in was peaceful....But now I see other cells lose to pathogens and it makes wonder 'Is this body really worth saving?' I sit and ponder on this, completely zoning out when suddenly I hear "Q-30x!! You need to move immediately!!" Thats me...well my code name anyway most cells just call me red blood cell, I look up to see where the voice was coming from and immediately get up as I see a female white blood cell quickly dash by me swinging her katana furiously at an invading rhinovirus, or known as the common cold. She swiftly brings down the relatively weak germ and puts the katana back in the case, she touches the side of her earpiece concealed by her long white hair "This is W-2216 of the neutrophil division, The Invading pathogen has been exterminated..." She has her back to me so I can't exactly see her face but I can hear it in her voice,just like every cell in this body she's exhausted. She drops to one knee and pants and at that point I can't help but to walk over and try to comfort her the best I can. I extend my hand "H-Hey...Are you alright?" She grabs it and pulls herself up "Yes I'm all right." I can easily tell shes lying, her eyes say everything her tough personality and mind wont. "Hey why dont you walk with me...Theres no pathogens nearby, I'm on my way to drop some oxygen off to the kidneys...it'll clear your head a little." She sighs through her nose and then gives a genuine smile "I suppose there's no harm in that, lets go." I pick up my oxygen and start making my way to the kidneys. About that question I was thinking about earlier..I think I found my answer just by seeing white blood cell fight like that, and my answer is, as long as this body is alive, Ill do my best to save it!!
