Of course he caught and trampled me to the ground, so I rolled over and waited. He stared at me for a long time and then said "why? why couldn't you have said yes. I have a sister that has been kidknapped." I stared at him in shock and said angerly "well your the one who took my sister hostage, so why should I help you? I mean you lied to me about being the prince and to think I had a crush on you this entire time." Then I walked away from the ugly scene.

Chapter 6

Of course he followed me and I ignored him. I walked until morning and then found a tree to sleep under. When i opended my eyes he was still there, I moaned and went to find food. I finally found berries that weren't posionous, so I brought them back to my makeshift camp and ate them.

When I was done I turned to the jerk face in front of me and asked "what do you want Owen?'' He looked at me and please come back with me, do all of this for Alisa please come back." I looked at him with a cold stare and snarled "don't you dare bring her into this." He flinced but didn't say anything.

I turned away getting ready to leave when i heard him muttered "guess this might be the only way." Then I felt myself being turned and kissed. He had me against a tree so the only thing I could do was give him no response and wait.

He finished and then looked at me like I was to thank him and come back with him. I sighed and walked the other way. Owen followed me again, man I thought I can't get rid of him. I walked for the whole day and then it was finally time to sleep. I turned to Owen and said "look your not getting anywhere with me so just go home and find someone else with a magic ability because I'm not helping you." He nodded but said "be warned Rebecca Hale I will tel my father where you are" and then he left. I slid down a tree trunk and began to cry.

Chapeter 7

I awoke to the sound of voices. I opened my eyes to see two people a boy and girl. they were arguing and heaved myself up and stared down at them and said "look if you two are going to fight please take it somewhere else." They looked ashamed and muttered "sorry."

The guy had light blond hair and bright green eyes (really think of him as a guy you would see on a beach) and to tell you the truth he was cute. The girl looked just like him except she had hazel eyes (imagine a model but not a supermodel). They looked at me and then the guy said "Hello my name is Damen and this is my sister Megan, she nodded and I back.

Megan looked away and opened the pack and I could see food, my stomach growled and I'm sure that they heard it because Damen gave me a chunk of bread. I ate and then said "um sorry but I got to go because I'm being chased for not helping king so bye" Then I turned to leave when Megan said "wait we'll come" I stopped and said "really" and they both nodded. So I waited for them to pack up and then we left.

We walked for five days, Damen leading. During the last day we entered a tiny village. Damen kept walking until we reached a tiny cottage and the end of the lane. Damen motioned for me to knock. so knocked and the door opened slowly and we all entered.

The room we entered was tiny and next to the hearth was a old woman. She looked up and smiled and waved us forward. When I got to I realized that Damen and Meagn were gone. I began to panic, but the old woman said "hush child, they'll be back, please come sit." So I sat on the stool across form her and waited.

The old woman looked up and stared at my throat for a moment and then said "your a witch." I began to protest when she said "child your wearing the sign of witches so you are indeed a witch." I bowed my head and sighed with shame.

A while later Damen and his sister came back and we ate. After that they left again and left me with the woman. She looked at me and asked "so do you want to improve your powers and save your sister?" I looked at for a bit and then nodded. she nodded back and slowly got up.

I followed her into another room that I never noticed before. We walked in there and she told me to sit down. I sat down and then she gave a small but thick book saying "now take this with you and pratice every day and if you need a person to pratice on Damen is willing." I ndded and left the room.

When I got back Damen was there waiting. I slid the book into the pack and asked "where's Megan?" Damen looked at me and said "she wanted to stay here I guess." I nodded and walked out the door. Damen followed and we walked into the fading light.
