--ShiningClan is attacked by rogues, their camp taken over, their cats captured or killed. Clovershade had been watching the disaster unfold from afar, just returning from a walk to clear their mind before they would be cooped up as they wait for their kits to arrive. They overhear the rogues asking if there were any others, making swift and alarmed eye contact with Chivewhisker from the other side of the territory. As quickly as they saw them, they were gone, sprinting away from the rogues. Clovershade overhears Sorrelstar indignantly tell the rogues there were no other clan cats, that she was the last one. With a sinking feeling, Clovershade knows there isn't anything they can do but run, hoping Chivewhisker is able to make a safe escape as well. They watch from afar as the cats who didn't fight back are taken by the rogues, hoping to be able to find someone to help rescue their clanmates.
--Back in the swamps, the attacks are getting more frequent. A patrol rescues Clovershade, fresh from the loss of many cats this moon, and as they describe their old clan Cascadefreckle immediately calls a meeting with the two leaders and Scorchlight. Again, Clovershade tells of the camp they left, of the rogue attack on their clan. An idea, a place to go, even if it won't be without battle... at least it will be a place that ChaosClan could safely fit into.
--Grizzlybear's celebration is cut short as he sprints out into the swamps alongside Charstar and the rest of the patrol to find his brother. It was too late to save him, and Grizzlybear watched numbly as Charstar gravely gave him his warrior name, even if he couldn't make it back to camp. Screechowl had passed, and the clan had gained another warrior, at least for a moment. Grizzlybear demands that Charstar and Mockingbirdstar come up with a plan to leave these swamps, stating that if they don't, he'll take the clan himself. Others on the patrol that found Screechowl murmur an agreement, shifting on their feet as they uneasily look out into the swamps. This isn't a home anymore... With some reluctance, but under the knowledge that staying would mean more needless bloodshed, Charstar and Mockingbirdstar begin to prepare the clan for their journey.
--While delighted they can finally get out of the forsaken swamps, Scorchlight is freaking out about how to make sure the two expecting queens and the newborn kits in the nursery are going to remain safe. She demands that the clan take the travels slow, ensuring that every piece of prey in their storage and every herb is preserved with care. They will not rush. They will not push any cat past their limit. No ones goes ahead, no one is left behind. A detailed plan begins to make it's way into the clan, and the camp is preparing to leave.

--The move is underway. The clan vows to do things safely, thankful that they are able to move in the ends of Leaf-bare and begginings of Newleaf and not worry about the snows too much. Along the beginning of the journey, they meet a charismatic tom named Chili, who talks of a time he used to live with Twolegs, only to leave to answer the call of the swamps. When he saw how many alligators there were, he stood a ways back, building his own small camp on the outskirts. This is the clan's first resting place, and Bananapaw grows attached to Chili's easygoing attitude, convincing him to leave with the clan and be a much needed additional healer.
--Scorchlight is the main organizer of the clan right now, making sure the leaders are setting a gentle pace for all the cats. Along the way, the clan stops to make sure all cats are warm and still fit to make the journey. With Clovershade being the primary leader of the directions of where the clan goes, Scorchlight has Mockingbirdstar and Charstar take the trails as slow as possible in the case they or Periwinklenose start having their kits. Fortunately, thanks to Scorchlight's proactiveness, the queens are kept as safe as possible for their newborn kits.
--Training and assessments for the moon look a bit different, but with minimal gator attacks to worry about, the clan welcomes the chance to train in a new territory. Most spirits are high with the change in location as cats see the possibilities of being gator free, even if it means fighting other cats to reclaim what their new clan member had lost.

--With the arrival of many kits, the clan has to pause near the outskirts of the swamps still. Sableheart is lost after getting too close, the blow devastating to poor Scorchlight, who has already lost too many family members. She seeks out Agatewhisker, keeping her brother close as they reminisce about Ebonyflower and Sableheart. The leaders sense her despair, knowing they will have to wait to keep going for the sake of the newborn kits and the queens, though Scorchlight wants nothing more than to leave the swamps behind her forever.
--Orchardpatch and Resinburr, found separately, make their way into life in ChaosClan, despite the uncertainty of what they are walking into. To these two, anything is better than being stuck near alligator infested swamps. Resinburr attaches himself to Sealstripe, both of whom have always seems more like outcasts rather than fitting in with a group in a clan. Orchardpatch and Grizzlybear hit it off right away, both able to bond over the losses of their brothers, sadly stating how much alike their brothers were and how they would have been likely great friends.
--Clovershade is immensely protective of their kits, vowing to keep them safe no matter the cost. She also agrees to take in the kits Alpineheart and Aniblaze have, her small grouping never far from her side. As the new queens recover, the clan slowly starts moving again in the Newleaf sun, taking their time and taking turns carrying the mewing kits on their backs. Though reluctant at first, Clovershade agrees to let Scorchlight take the burden of carrying one of her kits each time the clans moves, never letting the little tom out of her sight. Slowly, surely, the swamps get further behind ChaosClan, and they can leave what they left in their past, though they will never forget the family they've lost along the way...

--The clan is still making their way into the new territory, Clovershade thinking they are within a moon or two of their destination, depending on how fast the clan can make the journey. No hardships have crossed the clan thus far, though the opposite seems to be true for the clan growing - eight new cats find their way into ChaosClan this moon, stragglers from various situations joining the growing clan, who accepts them with open paws. Ceruleanflower and Pebbleblaze are the most intriguing to the clan, and it is found out that they escaped from the rogue group who had taken over ShiningClan's territory. The ChaosClan cats' blood boils as Pebbleblaze shares their tales of life with the rogue group, Ceruleanflower too shy to speak up and tell her story. Through the darkness in Pebbleblaze's eyes, and the fear in Ceruleanflower's, the clan is certain the the decision to drive out the rogues from Clovershade's old clan's territory is the right decision.
--Cicelykit is a happy kit who talks of their parents, and through their tales, Ebonymoon, another newcomer, realizes that their parents were also taken by gators. Ebonymoon nods to the other queens in the nursery, stating she will take care of any orphaned kits that find their way into ChaosClan. Pygmycurl and Ebonymoon get close almost immediately, the pair spending a lot of time with young Cicelykit and helping them find their place in the world, becoming their found family.
--Lost after the loss of his mother, Jayspring has never felt more alone, despite his mother's parting words. The Fallen have been silent, and though the warrior is sure he feels Tortoisecreek's presence with him as the clan continues their move, he feels alone, even surrounded by so many other cats. In the same realm, Locustswoop and Skatetooth have been having the same thoughts. As if connected by their fallen family members, the three cats come together to be their own group of friends. They won't be a replacement for the family they've lost, but they will be able to have each other's backs and understand what each other has gone through.

--The investigation of nearby rogues has the clan on edge, though the danger seems lacking as Charstar understands this is not the rogue group Clovershade has interacted with. Elderly Campion, grandmother of Squirrel, the only young cat in the small band of rogues, forces the warrior onto Charstar without much fanfare. Despite Squirrel's protests, Campion is gone with her group before the leader can get a chance to fully process what just happened. He gets the feeling the rogue group that defeated ShiningClan has done more damage to other groups, more than Clovershade or any other cat even knows...
--As the clan nears ShiningClan's territory, Clovershade grows exceedly alert from their spot in the middle, surrounded by warriors and Scorchlight, who has not let any kit out of her sight. "Chivewhisker's scent, and... Nightwing's," Clovershade says in a hush to Mockingbirdstar and Charstar, eyes wide as they look around for their old clanmates, those who must have escaped. It doesn't take long for Walnutblaze and Rustfreckle, the two who volunteered to seek out the escaped ShiningClan cats, to return with them in tow; weak and hungry, but otherwise unharmed, much to Clovershade's relief. ChaosClan learns that a grim fate overtook most of the ShiningClan cats that Clovershade knew, only a small pawful left in the rogue's grasps.
--Skipper escapes from the rogue group, seeking refuge among the large clan she just saw arrive, hoping to keep her kits safe from who she describes as her ruthless brother who wants nothing more than to own as much territory as possible, driving out group after group so that he can hold power and control a large group of cats. It is no place for kits to thrive, she says, frowning - she is easily accepted into the very large nursery group, welcomed as Skipperpelt.
--Dugongpaw, Bamboopaw, and Walruspaw feel invincible in their training now that they are out of the alligator swamp. With Dragonbreath distracted in scouting missions, Walruspaw doesn't hesitate to tell his littermates to see what he can do, wanting to put his newly acquired fighting skills to the test. Walruspaw goes off on a solo adventure, wanting to bring his littermates an impressive souvenir to show off his skills - but it turns sour as a raccoon ambushes him, lucky enough to be saved by Sparrowpaw, Stratuspaw, and Avalanchepaw, who Dugongpaw and Bamboopaw told of Walruspaw's sneaking off.

----cats are preparing to confront the rogues. Will have a longer blurb here as I think of what to do! Some sweet moments for the families for sure, especially since the nursery is so very full, some apprentices coming up with a plan to sneak out, Scorchjlight being anxious and trying to convince the other healers to ready more herbs because she knows this is going to be bad. Somehow, Bananapaw might get involved with the apprentices' plan to sneak out and is trying to see how he can gather some herbs to bring to the frontlines.

--The big rogue fight. The rogues were more prepared than ChaosClan thought they would be, leading to a catastrophic scene of events. The tactical plan was to surprise them, but it seems the rogues were preparing themselves for the attack and may have been spying on the large clan to be ready when they were attacked. The plan gets thrown off, causing the original strike team to lose their lives before the rest of the attack could get in to the fray.
--Cardinalspike, originally told to be waiting beyond the edge of the territory to assist any cats that managed to escape and needed healing, watches the bright pelt of her brother go down in a swarm of unfamiliar cats. A battle cry emits from her lips, sprinting to join the battle and fight by Whistlertalon's side. The rogues, however, outnumber the two littermates, and before the rest of ChaosClan can turn to assist the medicine cat and her brother, the two cats go down fighting side by side.
--In a last effort to protect their clan, Marshminnow and Cinnamonflight sneak away from the elder's den once an apprentice comes sprinting back to camp with the news of the battle turned south. The pair sacrifice themselves for their clan, fighting with newfound strength from their younger moons. Eelsting is close behind them after he realizes his friends are missing, protecting the clan from a few stray rogues that were trying to make their way to ChaosClan's camp to attack the clan while the majority of their warriors were away. The apprentices assigned to guard the camp, and the young warriors, hear Eelsting's cries and rush to help him, though his injuries prove too severe.
--Cascadefreckle has a bad feeling about the fight, but knows that Cicadastar is right beside her, even if not physically. She fights bravely, protecting a few apprentices that snuck out of the clan to help, losing her life in the process.
--Back at camp, Chivewhisker and Chilinose are helping the kitting queens, distracting themselves from the battle by focusing on the new lives joining the clan. Scorchlight and Bananapaw, waiting to escort injured cats back to camp and heal them, are a bundle of nerves as they wait with each other. Bananapaw is helpful for the older cat, calming her nerves with his happy go lucky attitudes and making sure silence was not prolonged between them, keeping Scorchlight from letting her mind think that the worst was happening out at the rogue's camp.
--At the end of the fight, a weakened Mockingbirdstar and injured Charstar lead their entire clan to the overtaken rogue camp, claiming the abandoned summer camp as their own. They were home, they had rescued Rosepaw, Hawkstrike, and other cats who wanted to leave the area as quickly as possible, and rogues were successfully defeated. A few cast dark looks back as they struggled to limp away at ChaosClan's mercy, and Charstar had a sinking feeling that this would not be the official end of The Dark Crows.

--Skipperpelt welcomes her three loving kits into the world; Cinnabarkit, Sunsetkit, and Lunakit. Blankscratch becomes a father to them despite them not being his, having grown close to Skipperpelt for the past couple of moons. Eclipesplash and Paintedfur tease their brother about his fondness for the queen, and he shoos them away with an embarrassed smile, not outwardly willing to admit his feelings for the she-cat... at least not yet.
--Honeycloud and Hawthornblink are finally able to sit down and talk about what the pair have been feeling for each other the past few moons, growing close. Rustfreckle encourages her sister to talk with the tom, knowing how much of a hopeless romantic her sister can be, but trusting Hawthornblink to be the tom that will finally truly take care of her the way she deserves. It takes a lot for Rustfreckle to trust another cat, but she holds Hawthornblink and his sincerity in high regard.
--Quartzheart is worried about how others will treat him in his new position. Communication is always on the front of his mind, worried that the cats won't want to listen to him or use his mode of communication. Agatewhisker tells his brother he'll always be with him, but it only defeats Quartzheart more - as scouting captain, he needs to be independent and solve his own problems. Though the moon brings its own struggles, Foxglow helps Quartzheart ease into his new role and the clan accepts his leadership position with open paws, always communicating how Quartzheart needs to work together as a team and as a giant family that cares for each other.

--Spidercrawl has been telling the new friends he has been making in ChaosClan about his sister and how they were separated when they were attacked by rogues. He also tells of Fleabite, his younger brother who was but an apprentice when the family separated. As the days go on and the rogue presence has diminished in the territory, a strange loner named Scorpion finds their way into ChaosClan. Spidercrawl's heart leaps as he realizes his littermate has found him, and they are reunited, Scorpion gaining a new identity and reintroducing what they found about themself to their brother. Scorpionsnap becomes a well-respected scout of the clan, as Spidercrawl excitedly tells his best friend Thrushdive and the two realize how much they mean to each other. Soon, Spidercrawl feels that he'll reconnect with Fleabite somehow too... he knows it.
--Astralfur is a quiet warrior. They are quick to hit it off with Bamboolight, freshly made warrior who yearns to show his new friend around the new territory, showing them his favorite spots and the prettiest sights. Astralfur, who thought they would be more scared around a clan this big, finds themself feeling like they found a home amongst cats like Bamboolight, who so easily accepted them into the clan life.
--Ferretspike and Newtgaze are still not getting into the true hustle and bustle of clan life, feeling more like outsiders and not easily making close friendships. They take solace in each other, each having joined the clan around the same time, and find that maybe each other is all they need to conquer the strange happenings of clan life. With similar backgrounds, it was hard for the two not to connect, especially as their parents in the caretaker's den started a close bond in their older age.

--Thinking The Dark Crows were old news, ChaosClan let their guard down. Mockingbirdstar blames himself for the mass amount of casualties that happened after the attack, the days passing in a blur. He lost everyone, his two brothers and his grandkits the only remnants of his family. Cloverwish... his mate, gone too soon. They were supposed to grow old together... Loonwhistle, taken too soon. All of his kits. All of them. Gone. Blackbirdshriek does his best to console his brother, the two always sharing the closest bond among their littermates. Lyrescreech separates himself from his brothers, not knowing how to help Mockingbirdstar, and even slightly feeling like it was his fault for their brother's passing. Maybe they had moved too soon. Maybe they should have defeated the alligators instead...
--Blizzardbird and Cirruspatch take solace in each other and in their remaining kits. Cirruspatch thinks of her late parent, missing Stratuscloud more than ever, but glad that Arcuscloud and Avalanchedrift can be with Stratuscloud now. So many families lie broken now, separated by the stars.
--Frostpuddle and Winterglow, siblings who had been watching The Dark Crows for a while, come too late to warn the clan about the attack. Still, they fight alongside the clan without prompting, knowing these cats did nothing wrong. Charstar is quick to offer the pair a place among the clan, especially after noticing Winterglow pick up healer duties in Scorchlight's passing. After this moon, Charstar and Mockingbirdstar are willing to take all the help they can get if it means more protections against the lingering Dark Crows.
