reeding woods is a small, old deciduous forest located in oregon. a beautiful
place it is said to be, especially in the autumn, in which all of the trees' lea
ves turn a bright disarray of warm reds, oranges and yellows. the town of m
urray is the only settlement there and is old and aged just like woods itself.
the people of murray town are mainly farmers, trying to make a profit─ out
of growing crops and raising animals. ─the animals they own include horses,
pigs, chickens, a few horses, dogs and the most well-known, cats. most tow
nfolk have cats in their household as they are said to bring good luck and fo
rtune. ─ they are much like the egyptians when it comes to praising felines,
praising them ever since the arrival of murray. reeding woods is also said to
be ghostly and filled with phantoms. these ghosts, or phantoms, come in ma
ny luminous figures, including deer, wolves, birds and even the house cats...
one well known phantom is one of a house cat, their form being a glowing p
ale blue that's tail and legs are wispy and stretch far from their frame. this
phantom has been given the name chava, which means life. cats have a stra
nge fixation towards this ghostly being, not because it is a cat, but mainly b
ecause they believe they have been descended down from the heavens.───

the identity chava, named by the cats themselves, was believed to be a fine
cat in their young days. while their exact gender is unknown, they are said t
o be a jaded she-cat from the past days. chava was known for her beauty an
d looks, not only that, but her leadership and warrior spirit. in the many tal
es of the cats, she is portrayed as a protector of reeding woods and beyond.
she fought many beasts, other cats and even malevolent phantoms──with h
er duel with symere, a demonic canine from the descends. she had quite the
series of epic tales, even when she was killed by the jaws of lyric, chava had
a few more stories before it all went to another hero or villain. her spirit wa
lks reeding woods still, but it is only such a rare, novel sight to come across.

in the later days of chava and the tales of other beings, all became quiet a
nd peaceful──well not exactly peaceful, but much more serene. cats were
being their regular roles of being pets to the humans in murray. in this life,
cats no longer had to work in order to satisfy their needs, because the hum
ans were in charge of that. this life is lucky and joyful, but others could th
ink the opposite. some do not get the lives that the house cats get, instead
, they live like their ancestors, in the wild and outside of murray. these wil
d cats live either solitary lives or in the company of others. many roam soli
tary, but there is one group of cats that reside deep within reeding woods.
they are called the prime order. this so called order was supposedly the lar
gest clan or coalition of cats that ever existed, always growing in numbers.
unfortunately, they were torn apart by a deadly sickness that spread within
the coalition─causing them to either split from their group or kill off any i
ll cats. though the prime order no longer walks reeding woods, some cats w
ish to change that─either loners or former primal residents themselves. on
e day it will soon reform to its previous numbers or higher, but there are e
ndless dangers that lurk the woods, including the sickness that killed them.
