Power isn't something you feel, it's something you are.
You wake up and allow the knowledge that you are powerful swell within you and
You know.

Its a crime how much you love me
Perhaps I should call the cops
The might tie you up and throw you away
but where would my love be then?

I love you, to the point of thievery
Stealing your heart and soul
I feed off your undying love and affection
I crave your return to me

You want to run, but not away from me
toward the lands of opportunity
You leave my hand and jump down
down into the unknown

I am left wading alone
in the seas of change
on a sandbar.

I didn't want to put away your home.
I wanted to keep it up as a shrine to you, one that I could visit whenever I wanted.
I didn't want to allow myself to be alone.
I wanted to fill the void you left.
I didn't want an empty space where your home once was.
I wanted the red chair.

I've turned your space into something sacred.
But still, whenever I walk through my door
I expect to see you there and when I don't
