Now that that's out of the way... Let me introduce myself as Grey_Hoodie. I'm pretty new to CYOA-type stories with answers coming directly/quickly. I want to start off with a relatively short, possibly simplistic story just to get used to it and see if anyone else is interested. If people enjoy this, I already have ideas for a story -involving three to five main characters- which will attempt to be super dramatic.
Basic Information About This CYOA:
- My stories will be written in third person.
- You will act as the main character's guide (sort of like a Starclan cat, I guess or whatever religion you guys want to create). They will look up to you for guidance or you will influence their subconscious towards a decision.
- The beginning choices will go by quickly (kind of like a lightning round) since they are mainly about creating the main character's appearance, their parents, and their optional siblings.
- Your Goal: Get Main Character to warriorhood... or medicine cat hood...? Or accidently get them kicked out of the clan...?
- Your Goal: Get Main Character to adulthood! ᗡ:
Rules:
- Please don't post unless I've allowed you to. I don't want random votes taking up space and possibly messing up what the actual participants want.
- Don't post more than one response unless otherwise directed. It'll make it easier on me. If you would like to change your decision, edit your post and make sure to have a final decision made before the deadline.
- Each Saturday at 9:00 pm MDT is when your final decision must be posted. I will use the following Sunday to roll the choices, post the result and begin work on the next part of the story.
- If two weeks pass and you miss both deadlines/don't give an answer, you will be considered inactive and somebody else will take your place.
- If you have plans to be away for a while, please let me know ahead of time or else someone will take your place. If I am notified, then the story will continue without your vote (unless you would like for me to roll something random for you) until you return.
- Be nice to each other. I'm sorry if the final decision is not one you like, but I will not tolerate it if you attack someone else for having supported another decision. You will be removed and your spot filled if your behavior becomes a problem.
