a rustling of papers, a quick adjustment of wire glasses, a gentle shift in the seat, and katherine was comfortable, staring down at the newest kalon to apply for the radio presenter position. she raised an eyebrow, pushing away a strand of hair that was in her face. the boy, kai, was young and bright, obviously trying his hardest not to rock back and forth in his chair. a smirk was cleverly hidden behind her black paw before looking back over at her possible employee, shuffling a few more papers before clearing her throat. "well then, mr o'neil, shall we start with the interview?" she asked, leaning back into her leather chair. the other kalon nodded eagerly, smiling at her with a toothy grin. katherine nodded at him, before readying a blue ballpoint pen in her paw, already jotting down notes on his behaviour.
"mr o'neil, on your resume, it states that you are a musician and an arts student. do you plan on making a proper career in those industries?"
"of course, kath- uh, I mean, ms belladova. I have adored music since I was but a day old kit! I love the arts as well, especially writing; poetry and song lyrics are my strength." a nod from katherine spurred kai on. "I love reading them out to others as well, especially when I get into a certain rhythm, y'know?" humming, the young kal tried to inconspicuously look at katherine's page of notes, which were quickly shuffled away out of his viewpoint subtly. 'curious yet nosy' was jotted down shortly after.
"of course, mr o'neil. now, are you comfortable with public situations? how do you bode in large-scale crowds?"
