My usual cabin hasn't set up a cabin yet, so I might be joining the LW cabin this time! I've talked some about this story in the Discord - it's the one with the near-immortal beings on the high fantasy version of a tidally locked planet.

So a publisher contacted me about my initial manuscript and said they loved it.
They are partnered with big brands like Waterstones.
They want five instalments of £700. In return for this I get reviews, advice, formatting and copyediting, cover design, marketing and advertising including signings and online broadcasting, addition to applications like OnlineBookClub and unlimited publications in hardback, paperback and e-book (including thirty complimentary copies of each for me, my family and friends). Basically, as many books as are demanded, forever. They send them globally to big bookstores and also send copies to libraries.
I get 20 percent of the revenue from paperbacks, 15% from hardbacks and 100% from ebooks.
I have been published before, but never have I had to pay for publication and editors and etcetera so I'm unsure how good value this offer is. Someone advise me?

What does tidally locked mean?

A tidally locked body is an object which is in orbit and takes the same amount of time to spin around its axis once and complete one orbit. This means that the same side always faces the body it orbits (for example, the moon is tidally locked to Earth, which is why we can't see the "dark side"). On a tidally locked planet, one side is always day and the other is always night, with a thin band of dawn/dusk around the middle. It's pretty cool.
