personality

comfortable in a sweater, with a white collared shirt underneath; that's what senna is. she is quite happy with simple things in life, a close to minimalist, who has taught herself intense & methodical meditation. in general, senna strays away from most kalons-- enjoying time by herself.

the instant vibe you seem to get from senna is a solemn & busy, but peaceful one. she sits in her parent's apartment (the apartment that has white walls, a kitchen that connects with the living room & with small bedrooms, each looking out to the beach) with freehanded paintings in front of her, many scrapped & painted over with the same black paint she uses for everything because, it just wasn't right. then the paintings would be multiplied with the ideal in mind that she is certainly able to make the piece of art that she wanted to make.

actually, senna has been nearly the same since she was a kit in elementary. she was the girl who sat quietly in the back of the class, doodling on her work. & when someone stopped to talk to her she'd always have a special way of turning it into small-talk.

senna has been viewed as strange because of this distanced nature, & is sometimes avoided since other kalons would believe she doesn't like company. but, senna mainly enjoys her friendships to be of outgoing type kalons-- & really does love company, disregarding the type of kalon someone is. she's also got her humour of course too, sometimes when jokes by her are made, kalons are almost surprised by it.

it is also a common assumption that senna is unhappy, considering she doesn't talk much. but she knows that she is probably one of the happiest out there. a word she finds better than happy however is; "content".

it doesn't mean senna doesn't dislike anything, but she finds that there is no point in having small things get on her nerves; there would be no possible way in senna's mind to create a list of things she disliked. perhaps though, inequality.

art to senna

senna is an artist, she finds it helps her to take her mind off things & is one of her best forms of meditation.

her art is not quite "ordinary" though, & is sometimes viewed as strange, nonsense or garbage, because it usually only consists of circles, flowers, or an interesting form of kalons (who usually lack expression). but it takes the right person to look at something the right way. senna's art is usually done in black paint, on small sheets of paper. there is no pencil drawing & there is certainly no erasing, & if something goes wrong she simply starts again. she finds it's a good way to work her mind, to try & get something just right. usually there is no colour in her works, but from time to time she will use primary colours-- red, yellow, blue, in her drawings. it is all very smooth & everything seems to connect very nicely. there are instances where she does draw with pencils, & her drawings are much more realistic, but it's not something she enjoys as much.

senna aswell works on pottery, mainly because her & her parents have so many plants in their house. the pottery is done in different shapes, usually left the plain brown clay colour. however she likes to paint them white & in a rarity, add primary colours to the rims. she enjoys giving plants a home of their own, & a special, unique one, is what senna says.

best friend

senna's best friend is helios france. they met in the most common stance, in class in highschool. their desks were close together, & helios generally as most people didn't attempt to speak to senna-- however when they had to do quick partner projects & such they seemed to find out how similar they both were (mainly how they are amused by the dumbest things, becoming certain class' twin clown).

senna enjoys the fact that helios is right into music, because she knows it's great to have something you like to do so much it almost takes over your life. she also likes the type of music he makes, a bit trashy & his singing voice isn't too great, but to senna it's natural & constantly hears him improve.

helios has always liked senna's art, even before would even talk to her, when he was assigned to sit beside her he would sometimes stop his schoolwork altogether to watch the interesting ways senna does her art. he's also always liked the way senna's dressed, it's always a very comfortable sense. most people don't even care, but helios likes to joke about senna being a "fashion idol" to him.

they seem to be able to balance eachother out quite well, without being too different. & since senna & her family had moved to the large snowy city helios lives in, she seems to enjoy it more and feel less homesick.
