Here's a random poem I wrote whilst listening to a dog's tust ad:
Left alone,
locked inside an old abandoned home,
He wait's for you to return,
He blink's his eye's,get's up slowly,
and walk's to the locked door,
He whine's and crie's,bat's away the flie's,
that are slowly surrounding him,
His leg's are weak, his stomach empty,
his soul is slowly fading away,
each day he wait's,for his owner to return,
he can no longer move, his heart is heavy,
he sigh's and wonder's why you left hm to die,
was he nothing to them, just a toy,
to get bored of and then break it,
hewas thrown away,discarded,
in this old abandoned place of sorrow,
he has no strenth,
no will to live,
he take's one more look at the sky outside the barred window,
his head fall's,his body shudder's,
he had waited so many day's,
he is dead and that place of sorrow is were his body lay's,
he waited for you, wondering what he did wrong,
he died without his question answered, and help came to late,
when the police kicked in the door, all they found was a pile of bone's on the floor,
what did he do to deserve this?
his life was slowly stolen away by death's kiss,
now he's gone for good.
