Soft velvet
Red
Loving arms
Warm beautiful
Skin

In the shelter of the
Darkness
All fear
Is erased
Laughter and happiness

Whispers slowly

And if I don't take it
Too fast
Loving arms
Will eternally be mine

Pretty crap, but I got about 3 hours sleep lol..

My pretty
Don't let them break you
Hold you in my arms
Laid across my body
Wake you with a slient
Kiss

Sleeping beauty
Still rests her head agaist my heart

Harsh crimson goodbye
I hold her broken body in my hands
Not quite able to comprehend
This situation

Just yesterday
We were smiling, laughing together
So happy
So in love

And just look at us now

With her broken body in my arms
I SCREAM
For change

To rise agianst
The prejudice and hatred
That murdered her
So grotesquely

Innocence unfairly stolen
Never to reawaken.

Poor
Little girl
Sitting all alone

Wanting
to wash it all away
never to return again

Yearning
For warmth
to cross her skin

Aching
For the love she knows cannot exist
But she refuses to give up

Longing
To be held
In the arms of the one she loves

Yet
She is so cold
And afraid of the warmth

She craves
For all eternity...

I wrote this poem for a friend of mine named Anna.

In 2012 Anna's favorite color was pink

In 2024 Anna's favorite animal was a mink

In 2046 Anna's favorite drink was a milkshake

In 2068 Anna's favorite food was a cupcake

In 2080 Anna still didn't have a pen with ink.

It's sorta stupid, but it's a poem just the same.

What's left to wish for?
For me?
I say, I would give it all up
Every last single thing
If only I had
Your love

What can you do
When no matter how much you work
No matter how much you sweat
No matter how much you try and try
You'll never get there?
I don't have an answer
So be thankful for what you have
For many of us
Were born without it

I want to be free,

We share the pain, and the sorrow,
But now let's live like there's no tomarrow.

My dark guardian angel
She keeps the smile on my face
She holds my heart close to hers
Protecting it from the demons out there

Fear Not

If I were the fly and you the spider
I would catch in your web and not struggle
If I were the spider and you the bird
I would leap in your beak and not bite
If I were the bird and you the cat
I would not fly when you near
If I were any lower than you
I would not fear
But I am higher
And you shake in your boots
For I am the spider and you are the fly
And that is no way to say goodbye




I wrote that in the back of my math book and have hidden it from anyone who dare try to read it (I post it on here cause I can't see your reaction when you read it)

Wings

Fly away on the clouds above the green,
My feathers ruffling gently in the breeze
The sunlight gives my wings a sheen
But only now can I be happy without freeze.
Months have passed as I glide through the air
Flapping and whispering things sweet
It truly is an activity beyond compare
With these lovely wings there's none left to beat.
