Well, here goes nothing. My mom bought this journal/diary (I prefer journal) for me at the airport when we were on our way to our new home. I didn't want to leave our old one. But Rockfeild is where my mother's boyfriend lives. Ugh. I get that she has to find somebody but sheesh....anybody but him. Its not that he's mean or anything. He's just, so, weird. He's all about video games and things, just like a kid. Its like hanging out with my brother, Max. Oh, I forgot...my name is Maggie. I guess I know my own name but, just in case someone finds this, or some crazy thing happens to the earth and this is what is recovered. Again; Maggie. I prefer Mags, only my mom calls me Maggie. My moms name is Katherine, but of course, I call her mom. Jeff is her boyfriend, he's all in to Max's baseball and sports. I think he wishes I did something that he liked. Max is my older brother, he loves baseball, and he loves any kind of sports. My dad has a girlfriend, but they both live far away. I had so many friends at my old school...and now I have to start all over here in stupid Rockfeild. Its dumb as rocks here. Theres nothing to do, well it doesn't seem like there is much. Jeff keeps saying "Oh Kathy, theres small town charm here!" If he calls my mom Kathy one more time I'll puke! Thats never been her nickname. I really don't know why I don't like Jeff so much...but I just don't.

Middle school is going to suck here. I just know it. My brother is two grades ahead of me and when he is around new people he likes to pick on me. Such a show off. School starts tomorrow and Im so nervous. I don't know if I'm going to make any friends here...I guess I'll have to wait and see...well bye journal, I'll write in you tomorrow I guess. Okay...fine, its a diary.
