Blenore: Whoa, why?

Northeast: This city is too small. We need to explore.

Blenore: But we have a ton of good stuff here! And a lot of tech.

Northeast: We dont' know what better resources are there. We can trade. Of course, you'll be in charge of the colony, but I'll enforce your laws.

Blenore: Ok, here's the charter. I suggest to speak to Olivia to get started. She used to have her own colony.

Olivia: Ok! What's on your mind?

Northeast: I don't really think I need help..but have any advice?

Olivia: Yeah, this will be the most important colony advice you'll ever receive: Don't assume you'll find lots or ore. Make sure you have farmers and people to make clothing too.
