Dad, he makes video games, but mom's trying to get a new job for him..
So anyway, tomorrow me and my brother have our first day of grade 7, and... Well I have to admit I'm a liiiiiittle excited! I mean, I got a new laptop, I'm going to a new school and all those embarrassing moments at my old school will just drift away! Ahhhh.....
A few hours after school, in my room
Okay, school was not at all what I had expected. It wasn't bad, but...not really what you could call good, either.The teacher's name was Miss Tagen and she was quite nice, but a little too enthusiastic. Although, the kids weren't as interested. I think I'd ended up in the bottom class or something. Here's how it went:
Teacher: 'Okay everybody, please welcome our new student, Violetta!'
Me: 'Hi... I'm Violet...'
Some other kid: 'Ugh, what is she wearing?'
Teacher: 'Settle down everyone. We can play a name game, so Violetta can know you better!'
Everyone: *silence*
All the other kids: 'NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!'
So we spent the next half hour singing each others' names out loud. Didn't I do that in grade 1? Well anyway, as for my brother he basically got the same in the other class next door. Oh, and if you were wondering why I was wearing such a ridiculous looking ballerina dress in that photo, it's my mother's fault. She makes me do dance lessons every day and wear a pathetic little dress for the whole day, but after I got home from school I told my mom I'm not doing any dance lessons anymore, so she said I don't have to dance anymore, but I still have to wear the dress sometimes. Ugh. Whatever. Anyway, I got some new school clothes today. Okay, I'm having dinner, so, seeya!
