Columba's name runs with the trend of the families Latin names, and his particular one means 'dove'. Though while he loves his name, he has found it a little formal for everyday life, and prefers to use the Scottish variant Callum instead. He claims it sounds more 'normal'. Back to the Latin though we have his second name; Caelestis which means either 'from the sky' or 'heavenly'. He finds it a little ironic given their home in the sky, but loves this name as well as his ordinary surname of Winters.

/gender/
Callum still currently identifies as the gender he was assigned at birth; male. Whether he grows to change that is unknown, for like his sexuality it will take him awhile to discover himself.

Dear Lottie,
Hi there! I'm Columba, but you can call me Callum. I'll call you Lottie- that's your new name, after all. Though I guess I should say happy birthday! Both to you and myself. Apart from you I also got a 3ds from Momma and Papa, a penguin plush now named Mumble after the movie Happy Feet. I also got several games from my friend Phenex- last time we stopped by her house she gave me them especially for today. I haven't seen her in a while though, wonder how she's doing? I'm sure to see her soon though, were stopping off by her town soon which is great! Oh I shouldn't assume you know, but I live on this thing called a Zeppelin. It's home to me and I like to call him Zeb. On Zeb I live with my Momma Sea-salt, Papa Bauzi, sister Feli, bro Damian and my other bro Vik. I'm the youngest so I'm blamed for most of the things that happened fussed over by my parent; with the exception of today. My birthday is a free do-what-you-want pass! I jumped off the [strike]cliff[/strike] couch, parachute and all, and my Momma only smiled before she went into the kitchen. That's pretty cool- most of the time she'd check every inch of me to check if I was alright. I mean she might be preparing a surprise for me; I haven't been let into the kitchen all day... Hmm, now I'm kind of suspicious. I suppose I should just wait here but that really isn't my style! I think I'll leave you here for a little while and go and investigate, and be really sneaky. I've missed everyone anyway; despite you being pretty good company!

Aha! It turns out I was right, both right in what they were doing, and right in time. Just as they got there they all came out singing happy birthday! I kind of wish I took you and Mumble now, I mean it's your birthday too after all. Though I took a picture of the cake for you, so hopefully that makes up for it.
