Bill Cipher Poem

He sees you're nightmare, knows your fears. Who is he? Master of chaos of course, BILL. He might consume you young child but don't worry, its only bill. When you see him RUN. Don't make a deal. Don't be Consumed. But how can I say that when im bill himself?
