That's pretty neat! I had a pretty similar idea a long time ago that I started and subsequently abandoned based on the same concept, though with a more urban fantasy bent. I assume you're going off the western zodiac, not the Chinese one as you didn't specify, but you haven't protested to the answers so far. (Also you might be better off, at least in regards to the personality portion, with going off the standard descriptions of each zodiac rather than taking averages off people if only to stay truer to the character type. After all, people cannot be fully defined by their zodiacs and some even are nothing like what they are born under which may cause some strange outliers later on.)

what do you look like? Dark eyes, dark hair, moderately pale skin (slightly tanned from taking long walks in the sun), average height, long mostly straight hair with a slight wave when lose, kept in a pony tail when at work, not athletic, of average weight though a little on the leaner side due to long sleepless nights and irregular eating habits, has a prominent writer's callus, hands are always dry and nails are always kept short, expression is always severe ('stone cold'), always dresses in formal/semi-formal clothes when at work, loose/comfortable/casual clothes when at play, always stylish never gauche, limited wardrobe color palette (neutral colors: black/grey/white/browns)

what is your zodiac sign? Capricorn
what do you look like? I have black/dark brown hair and dark brown eyes. My skin is rather tanned and slightly freckled from doing sports and such. My hair's about down to the top of my back and when going out, I tie it up in a high ponytail. Low stamina but high speed. My choice of clothing is normally black - fairly casual and comfortable - loose shirts and running pants. My clothes consist of black, white, and occasionally light blue or pink. I don't wear dresses or skirts a lot - only on formal occasions. My nails are always kept short - I can't stand long nails - and I rarely smile.
what's your personality like? I'm quiet - people can hardly hear me when I shout at them from a meter behind. I like keeping things organized and neat. I always work my hardest to get the highest grade and I hate it when I'm in a team project and my teammates are just lazing around. I stick to the rules most of the time and I stress a lot on tests or competitions. I only have a few close friends and I enjoy writing and drawing. I'm considered athletic and I'm occasionally sarcastic and can come off as slightly hurtful or rude when I comment on things.

what do you look like? I'm a pale male who always wears red contacts. I'm more on the tall and chubby side, and I have short blue hair. I have scars all up and down my arms, and I normally wear tank tops. I normally wear scarfs and a beanie, but my blue hair always falls in my face no matter what.
what's your personality like? I'm friendly. I adore photography. I'm a bit awkward and a lot of people call me a hipster. I like music and Japanese culture, and I really love art :3

what do you look like? I'm rather pale with clear skin and with long brown wavy hair that reaches past my waist and tends to fall over one eye. I have large dark brown- almost black eyes and I'm 5'9''. I wear geeky t-shirts including but not limited to star wars, element puns, and harry potter references and I always cover my arms with a jacket or shrug. I don't do pink or any bright colors and mostly stick to grays, whites and black: anything to fade into the background.
what's your personality like? I'm excessively anti-social and extremely awkward; especially around people I want to impress. I'm almost constantly sarcastic and I'm quick to rebut to an accusation with some sort of insult. I like teasing people and rarely state my feelings or thoughts directly. I don't come off as a very friendly person because I lack in social skills, making me seem to be very blunt and cold to strangers. I try to appear tough but I blush a lot and stammer if I'm called out. I focus on intellectual pursuits and stress out a lot about grades and have high goals for my future. I have a large appreciation for proper grammar. My humor can be a bit dark but I also have a great love for puns and general corny jokes. I have some OCD tendencies and I absolutely love animals, especially wolves.

what do you look like? I am a simple person with simple clothes; I usually wear any sweater possible and jeans. All other features are: normal brown hair, glasses, sort of short. I like dressing in black or gray, or any dark color.
what's your personality like? mm, I don't prefer being noticed and like taking things at my own speed. I cant be bothered with work; only computers and lounging I can do. I have a bit of a short temper, though.

What do you look like?
I am 5'6 with long and straight black hair and pale blue/grey eyes. I have abnormally pale skin and hardly any freckles. I like to wear a lot of black, and short-shorts are not my thing. I rarely wear anything bright.

What's your personality like?
I'm a person with high standards when it comes to friends. I don't have many friends due to my trust issues, but the people I let into my heart become my best companions. I like being in long relationships with others, and it takes me a long time to open up to new people.
I'm a very serious person. I hate it when people laugh at anything about me, even if it isn't meant to be offensive. It's very difficult to make me laugh. My normal face is said to be a look of disapproval or unamusement.
I'm good at hiding my emotions. Whenever I'm sad or emotionally unstable in some way, I tend to bottle up my feelings and simply say "I'm fine", rather than get some help. I'm bad at showing excitement and happiness.. I don't even know why.
I'm not a social butterfly at all. I have social anxiety and I like to be alone a lot. Being by myself a lot has resulted in horrible social awkwardness; I seriously cannot go out in public without someone with me, in case a stranger comes up to me, or if I have a panic attack in public. I cannot handle myself when around people I'm not familiar with.
I never realized how much I use sarcasm on a daily basis. I don't talk that much, but when I do, I'm either insulting or sassing someone. My come-backs and one-liners are pretty good, I'll admit, and I'm almost a natural at saying something witty and clever at just the right time.
I tend to not care about what other people think. People can insult me, whatever. They'll just get the cold shoulder and the "I don't care, I'm better than you anyway" look from me.
I'm a hard worker, and I'm actually smarter than I think I am. Though I can get work done, I tend not to; I'm a huge procrastinator.
