Apparently there's this thing going on where all the dogs are calling their journals something else.
Like 'Blueberry' or 'Rattlesnake'.
There's also an 'Owl' and 'Cupcake'.
But apparently the dog that writes in the Owl lost it, and the one that's writing in the Cupcake is in another dimension.

Forms:
There are 2 types of forms -- "Student" and "Special Character". Students are allowed anytime, but Special Characters are limited time by time, applications opening and closing randomly.

"Special Character":

Send the form for Special Characters by PM. A Special Character is someone who has to do with the plot. They are closely entwined with the story, and will appear quite often. An archenemy, secret criminal, assassin, someone in an organisation... Someone special that has/will have special ties with Kazura and/or Shizu. Can be a Spirit like Shizu. Special Characters can have dual elements (Fire + Wind, Water + Earth, etc) and Advanced Elements (Ice, Lighting, Nature, Light, Dark etc). There are only limited slots for SC that open and close randomly.

The Special Characters are, well, special, so they are only referred to as the person who submitted them. There may, time by time, be a poll to select a suspected Special Character. If the character with the highest votes, is in fact, a SC, they get something special happen to them! They may even get kicked out of the school, to return some time later...
