The Violet-Death—Me

Chapter One
Dinner

xxxxxOnce there was dragon. Me.
xxxxxI’m soaring through the sky, looking for a cow or two. My wings are starting to ache my tummy grumbles.
xxxxx“Where in the world are they? I’m sure those stupid things were here two minutes ago!” I growl.
xxxxxThen I see them. Two black dots in the distance.
xxxxxA cool evening breeze brushes my snout. I sigh and push myself forward.
xxxxxI open my mouth to blast some of my ‘Chase Lightning’ at the cows, I stop.
xxxxx‘What was that?’ I listen. There it is again, just faintly. “Violet!” another voice “Violet! Gosh, why doesn’t she slow down?”
xxxxxI whip my head around just enough to see my two little friends. Lily. Pad. Pond Dragons. The most defenceless Dragons in history.
xxxxx“Ach!” I grunt, swooping down.
xxxxxOne cow explodes in a burst of light well the other moos mournfully as I crash land on top of it, digging my teeth into its flesh.
xxxxx“Mmm.” I growl.

Chapter Two
Captured

xxxxxAfter enjoying a nice meal of juicy fat cows, I feel quite full and spread my wings to fly away.
xxxxxJust then, donk,- donk, donk, donk! One in front, one behind, and one on each side, boulders slam down around me, and a net on top. I thrash around, and fight, spewing lightning every this way and that.
xxxxx“E’s a feisty un’ this un’. He he!”
xxxxx“He is, he is, isn’t he, Leonardo?” I hear someone say.
xxxxxChanging my body heat to lava hot, I lash out with all my talons and might, violently swinging my tail, flashing the lightning bolt at the end. I tried to flap my wings as well, but that didn't work.
xxxxxTo my surprise, and satisfaction, I actually scared them away, but not for long.

OK, so, I didn't realize that I had already written chapter 2 so i wrote another one, but I thought I could mix them together, because some parts of the first one are better, and some parts of the the second one are better:

Chapter Two
Captured

After enjoying a nice meal of juicy fat cows, I feel quite full and spread my wings to fly away.
Just then, donk,– donk, donk, donk! One in front, one behind, and one on each side, boulders slam down around me, and, worst of all, a dragon proof net on top! I flap my wings, and try to get out, but only get myself more tangled. Changing my body heat to lava hot, I lash out with all my talons and might, violently swinging my tail, flashing the lightning bolt at the end.
A gruff voice behind me says, “So, Jeff, looks like we caught ourselves un this time. E’s a feisty un’ this un’, isn’t ’E. He, he!”
“I’ll say!” Jeff answers. then, coming around in front of me he said, “Oi, Leonardo, come over and see how big ’is teeth are!”
A plan formed in my mind and, as soon as they were both in view, I blasted a bolt of lightning at them. I heard a yelp, and, when the smoke had cleared, I could see what I had done: To my surprise, and satisfaction, I had actually scared them away, but of course not for long. A moment later they returned, bringing with them a gun and muzzle. Jeff began loading the gun, so I took a deep breath, preparing to shoot another blast at them, when suddenly there was a small ‘thunk’ sound, and a sleep dart placed itself firmly in my forehead.

I woke up who knows how long later with the muzzle around my snout. I was in dark room, so it took a while for my eyes to adjust, but when they did I could see that I wasn’t in a room at all! I was in a large roofless cage, and the clouds were twinkling peacefully above my head.
