Ah, not right now, thanks. I just got here and I'm trying to interact with those that are posting, to get a feel for the thread.

Does anyone else find that the types of books they read, affects their writing style?

Definitely. In fact, it's really hard for me not to make my stories too similar to the ones I read. Percy Jackson series and the Maze Runner series have probably had the biggest effect on my writing, but so have Divergent and Harry Potter.

Which story/stories of yours do you most want people to read and give feedback on?

Books always affect how I'm writing. Or if a book has inspired a certain story/character then I tend to write them in the same style while writing others a different way.

I'm that one person that never plans out what they're gonna do and my projects usually go south of what I intended them to be.

What has been your biggest struggle with your current project? How do you attempt to fight it?
Having ideas at 1-3 in the morning, then forgetting them when I finally get a place to write them.
My current story is hassling me..

I plan to sleep next to some paper or my phone, with the memo app on standby.

I usually have a piece of paper on my wall to randomly write on in the middle of the night

I'm homeschooled, so I always have my computer near me. And when I'm waiting for my bro or sis to get done with something, I write....or slack off...or eat....

What has been your biggest struggle with your current project? How do you attempt to fight it? hmm, my biggest problem... Description. I'm really, really bad at describing things. And to fight it? I'm kinda trying to describe every tiny detail, (which is kinda failing btw). Uh, I'm also bad at making the main character really shallow. I think the best thing to do for that is the make the characters before I stick them into a story. I did at for my Camp Nano story, and they're all reasonably developed. XD

and welcome new members! Loads of questions etc. that I can't be bothered answering.

And Ranger, you need to do the next chapter of Misfits... My siblings are waiting.
