I haven't written in this journal in weeks. Whoops. Well, I was forced to stay in my shared dorm room today because, surprise surprise...
I'm sick.
Well, I'm not contagious sick. I just keep coughing and I was just told to "stay in my room as to not disturb other students".
I also may or may not of had a fever this morning. Ick.
So I guess I should fill in on what's happened in the four(?) weeks I haven't written. We have a few new students. Luna Nightshade (who's very, very weird, might I add), Abigail Hart, and some new dog I haven't heard of yet. I just know because Candy texted me. Oh. Candy and I have also become closer friends. She's also not as wound-up and hyper as she was when we met. She apparently just ate a load of candy the night before and... Yeah... Gah I hate coughing every five seconds.
Anyway, back to this morning. I woke up feeling extremely cold while Ever and Ava felt fine. I also kept coughing and, once wearing a jacket over my sweater after I was dressed (no, I'm not wearing my cape. Well I wasn't then but I am now), we went to breakfast. Of course, while in line I had tried not to cough. Once we sat down I kept coughing.
It soon got to the point where I just felt flat-out awkward. I had tried to stop but I just felt like crap. I then tried to survive first period (math. I'm actually surprisingly good at math, considering how much I HATE IT) but was soon told to go to the dorms and stay in there until my fever was gone and I had stopped coughing. So yeah. That's how I'm here.
I also discovered that there's going to be this dance thing at the end of the week on Friday. There are no classes since apparently the girls need "all day" to get ready. I probably won't even go to the dance. Dances aren't really my thing. Buuuuuuut knowing Ever I'll be forced to go anyway, whether I like it or not. Which kinda sucks. Oh well. And today's Wednesday... I just realized that... Hah. Hah. Time to run and hide from Ever and Abigail (who I've become friends with after Ever forcefully introduced her to me. Turns out they've known each other for a while).
Abigail is pretty cool. I mean, she can fly, she can do magic (and yes, it does have a limit like everything, but holy crap her magic is good), and she's a pretty good sword-fighter. And then there's me. I can't do any of that.
---
Haha whoops I fell asleep. It wasn't for long though. Well, the school day's over and, as most my books are in my locker and I have homework to do (according to Ava. She got most my homework from the teachers) so I need to get out of bed. I really don't want too though. Also my English has gotten x10 better thanks to Ava. So I shouldn't be scratching stuff out every thirty or so words. Hopefully.
Be right back.

And I am now officially scared scarred for life. I met Luna Nightshade. This is her, by the way-

I'm never going outside again.
Well I didn't exactly meet her outside outside. I met her in the hallway. But holy crap she is creepy. Seriously. I walked in on her hacking off the heads of plushies and throwing the heads around lockers and the bodies... I don't even want to remember.
So basically when I saw her I had a mini panic-attack. And then I saw her pull out a bucket of slime and attach it to something inside someone's locker. And inside that locker were heads of the stuffed animals she had cut and stuffing. I know this because I watched her do it. Okay. I just. WHAT KIND OF SICK DOG DOES THAT. I JUST. NO.
Anyway...
I did my best to ignore her (and not to cough...) as I walked over to my locker. As I began to open it I heard footsteps behind me and my blood ran cold. I peered over my shoulder, only to see Luna standing behind me.
"Ello mate!" she said in a creepy voice.
"I- I uh... I-I'm just tr-trying to-to get my books..." I began to stammer. Luna stared creepily at me once more before laughing.
"Hah! Oh my gosh! You should've totally seen your face!" I felt extremely confused as Luna just fell to the ground and began to roll around in laughter.
"Y-Yeah okay...." With that I turned around and worked as fast as I could to get my locker open. I finally got it open and, just as soon as I reached for a book, it zoomed out of my grasp. "I... What... Hey!" I said, noticing that Luna was levitating my book. I sighed. "Please give me the book back," I growled. Luna smirked.
"Oh come on! What's the fun in that?" she asked, the book going higher. I sighed, shaking my head.
"Just. Forget it. I need that back though so I can do school work," I said, coughing as I began getting other books out of my locker. Well, the ones I'd need according to Ava at least. I grabbed my school bag (which I had shoved into my locker before first period. We need nothing in that class actually) and once I had shoved all my books in there and slung it over my shoulder, I had begun to grow suspicious. Before I was able to close my locker the book that had previously been levitating dropped, making a loud noise in the silent hallways. I jumped, turning around and bashing my head into the open locker. I picked up my book and groaned, holding my head. Putting it in my bag, I closed the locker and walked back to the dorms, tenser than before.
...
And coughing every once in a while.
Later.
