Anyway, I have some of my writing here. Just little ideas and such. Feedback is appreciated!

Happy Summer!

RANDOM FACT #3:
Candy is good.

I was a member of the Rebel Alliance, a timelord, a tribute in the Games, a Dauntless soldier, a runner in the Maze, and a security guard at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. I'm so good at sleeping that I can do it with my eyes closed. I visited Jurassic World survived the Time War. I am unstoppable.

Well my teacher has informed me that using them/they as a singular pronoun is gramaticly incorrect. Them/they is use to define two or more people with in a group. Is it really gramticly incorrect?

Your teacher is right, to a certain extent. Them/they is a plural pronoun because it's used to define two or more people within a group. However, it is also used to refer to a person if their gender is unknown {or in some cases, they prefer them/they pronouns} or an unspecified object. Hope that helped! <3

Naturalharmony is right. ^^ It's technically incorrect, but it can be used as a gender neutral pronoun. English is strange in that it doesn't have gender neutral pronouns. Some people use xe, and xir, as gender neutral pronouns but I prefer using "they" and "them". It looks and sounds nicer, and most people can understand what you mean when you use them to refer to a singular person. However I would probably not use it to refer to a singular object; only for a character or person who's gender is not identified.

It's one of those writing rules that can be bent and sometimes broken in creative writing. But you may prefer to avoid it in, say a school essay.
