NOW TO START THE STORY WRITING..

Chapter one: Abandoned.

Mimi looked out of the strange, brown cube she was in. It was raining and whatever she was in was slowly disintegrating like paper. This must be cardboard, she thought. She remembered her mother telling her what would happen, although she could faintly remember. She had given birth to two kits, Mimi and Tammy. Their mother was weak enough when she was pregnant, so much that she had to get separated with her beloved kits.. She told them that the Twolegs would come and take them away in a cardboard box. And exactly that had happened. "Come on, Tammy," she mewed softly. "We have to go somewhere, unless you want to stay out here for the whole night."
"I'm coming..." Tammy replied.
They found a forest. Mimi thought she smelled an unfamiliar scent, when she almost jumped out her fur when a big, broad shouldered tom came out from behind a bush. "Who are you? What are you doing on MoonClan-" his voice trailed off. He had obviously looked at how scrawny the two kits were, and actually realized they were kits. "Where have you come from?"
"A box," meowed Tammy simply.
"A box? Where?" he sounded confused.
"Our mother was too weak to look after us. Twolegs put us in a box and left us there. We climbed out and found you," she explained.
"Oh... Well, I'm sure Moonstar will let you into our Clan for now. Surely Foxfur will look after you-"
"Foxfur? Moonstar? A Clan?" Mimi sounded almost as confused as the stranger.
"You'll find out eventually... Anyway, I'm Dustclaw of MoonClan."

Chapter 2 in the view of Dustclaw


**Side note, it's been a while so the allegiances are a little messed up. Rosefur is a med cat apprentice, and so is her sister, Lilypaw. Apart from Lilypaw is a warrior apprentice... lol. Lilly's is a big (almost) white she-cat with black patches. That's all you need to know I think, so enjoy the rest!

After was felt like moons of walking, Dustclaw, Mimi and Tammy came to MoonClan's camp. Dustclaw lead the two kits to Moonstar's den. "Moonstar? It's me, Dustclaw, and I have a few visitors here..."
"Not an attack, I hope?" The frail leader's new came out without her leaving her den.
"No, no, nothing like that. I'm sure we'll be fine," purred Dustclaw.

"Come in," she meowed. "Who have we here?"
Dustclaw rapidly explained everything he was told. "The poor little scraps have no hope of survival," he finished. "Do you think you can spare another 2 mouths to feed?"
"I'll announce it to the Clan, and I'll do Rosekit and Lilykit's ceremony," Moonstar said. Dustclaw's ears immediately flicked up. My kits - 6 moons old already!


"Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather here beneath the Great Rock for a Clan meeting!" The yowl sounded around the camp as cats emerged from their dens. "Lilykit, you have reached the age of six moons, and it is time for you to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Lilypaw. Your mentor will be Petalfoot. I know Petalfoot will pass down all she knows on to you.
"Petalfoot, you are ready to take on an apprentice. You had received excellent training from Amberleaf, and you have shown yourself to be loyal and brave. You will be the mentor of Lilypaw, and I expect you to pass on all you know to Lilypaw." Petalfoot and Lilypaw touched noses. Rosepaw did the same with Moontail, the Medicine Cat. "Before you all leave," Moonstar began, "We have two new Clan members. Foxfur has agreed to adopt these two new kits - now known as Shrewkit (Mimi xD) and Sootkit. Mosskit and Thistlekit are their new adoptive siblings, and I'm sure they will get on well. This meeting is dismissed."

Chapter 3 - The Battle Over Blossom Fields - In the view of Honeytail

It was a moon after the ceremony, and Honeytail was sharing a vole beside Dustclaw and Willowstream. "The battle with NightClan is next Moonhigh?" Honeytail asked. NightClan had been stealing MoonClan's prey multiple times. "They've had enough warnings already."
"Yeah... But, I'm worried about Moonstar," Dustclaw said.
"Why's that?" chirped in Willowstream.
"She's getting so old and frail... I'm afraid this will be her last battle," said Dustclaw quietly. "If it is, I'll be the next leader... but, I'm not ready for that..."
"Well then, Dustclaw," Honeytail teased her littermate. "If you're too busy looking out for her, she'll be fine but you'll be dead. I'll keep an eye out on her, don't worry."
"So will I," mewed Willowstream. "Meanwhile, let's get some sleep" - she obviously wanted to change the subject of her mate dying - "We need to fight at Moonhigh tomorrow, so we need all our energy."
"Good point," said Honeytail, finishing the last of the vole. "I'm not looking forward to this..."

In the view of Lilypaw- Chapter 3 carried on

Lilypaw woke to see a white paw in her face. She let out a squeak of mock dismay, and shoved Whitepaw's paw out of the way. "Get your leg out of other's fur while they're trying to sleep!" she mewed, laughing.
"Wha- oh, sorry Lilypaw," he mumbled. "I've moved it, you can sleep now.
"It's okay, Whitepaw," she mewed. "I'm going to ask to go on Dawn patrol anyway. I'll wake you when I come back."
"Okay, thanks," he replied with a grunt. Lilypaw liked Whitepaw. He was happy and welcoming when she arrived at the apprentices den. The others were ok too, but they were never as friendly as Whitepaw.
Lilypaw padded out to see Rainstrike about to set off with the Dawn patrol. "Wait! Can I come too?" she puffed.
"Ask Dustclaw," Rainstrike mewed. "And get Ashtail for me!"
"Sure, thanks!" she mewed.

They set off with Ashtail and Greyfang. They checked and marked beside EarthClan's border, although there was nothing unusual where they were. "Can we hunt?" Lilypaw asked once they had finished. "I need to stretch my legs and get air into my lungs!"
"Yeah, I'll come with you if you want, Lilypaw," said Greyfang with a cough. "I think fresh air is the best medicine..."
"Moontail was reluctant to let you come, Greyfang!" said Rainstrike sounding amused. "I'd doubt you'd be allowed hunting, too."
"Oh, fine," he muttered, then walked away.
"I'll get Whitepaw instead! I said I'd wake him!" she squeaked.
"Okay, but ask Dustclaw for permission! And Petalfoot!"

Lilypaw flicked her ear toward a bramble bush. She saw a mouse nibbling at a seed. She signalled to Whitepaw to keep back, and slowly she crept forward. Once she was within a tail-lengthed from it, she pounced and landed directly on it. She lifted it proudly back to Whitepaw. "And done," she mewed.
"Nice catch! You learned so fast!" the older apprentice meowed. Lilypaw purred, and with a jolt she realised she had beenwanting to say something. "Uhh... Whitepaw...? I wanna tell you something," she mewed quietly.
"Sure. Uh oh, this looks serious..."
"Whitepaw, I know I've only known you a few moons but... I think I like you."
"Uh, yeah, I like you too. If I didn't I wouldn't have come hunting with you!"
"I love you," Lilypaw mewed quietly.
"I love you too, Lilypaw," whispered Whitepaw. They sat together, tails twined looking over the lake.


In the view of Rosepaw
"It's Moonrise now... Moontail, should we start organizing the herbs for the battle?" Rosepaw asked.

"Yes, that's a good idea, Rosepaw. What herbs do you think we'll need?" Moontail tested.
"Hmm... Cobwebs for the bleeding, and... marigold to stop infection..?" Rosepaw titled her head to one side.
"Good. We'll get those for now, and if there's anything we need after, we'll get them," said Moontail. "You look like you have a lot on your mind. Is there something bothering you?"
"Oh.. it's just, I think Lilypaw and Whitepaw are friends now. It's not a bad thing... it just feels like I haven't seen her in a while."
Moontail looked at her, concern glittering in her eyes.
"Maybe you should go and see her, then? I'm sure I can sort these myself," she suggested.
"Would you? Oh, thank you Moontail! I might not have time though..." mewed Rosepaw.
"Then you'd better hurry!"

Lilypaw picked out a shrew and headed toward where Whitepaw was grooming himself. "Want to share? We're about to go into our first battle, so we need all of our energy!"
"Sure!" Whitepaw mewed, stopping his licking immediately.
"One day we're gonna have kits like Crowpelt!" Lilypaw mewed, referring to the molly who had recently given birth to three new kits, Jaykit, a light grey tom, Fernkit, a light grey she-cat, and Sagekit, a white she-cat.
"I know," Whitepaw purred. "One day."
The shrew tasted like the best shrew that ever lived. It was gone too quickly, so they both shared a mouse. "That was good!" mewed Lilypaw. "Let's not have anymore though, we don't want too much!"
"Yeah," Whitepaw agreed. "We-" his meow was cut off when Moonstar yowled the usual words. Lilypaw and Whitepaw went to sit at the front when they saw Rosepaw padding toward to meet them.

"Hi Rosepaw," purred Lilypaw, licking her sister's ear affectionately. "How's your training coming along?"
"Great, thanks! Rosepaw mewed, returning the lick over her ear. "I see you two are getting on well?"
"Yeah... he's so handsome," she murmured, looking at the scrawny apprentice.
"Uh... right. I was just gonna see you two and catch up little! Petalfoot's a good mentor, I hope?"
"Yes. She's so patient with me, she's so kind... she's the best mentor ever! How's Moontail?"
Their chat was cut short by Moonstar as she began. "It's time for us to put a stop to this! Prey stealing, mocking our warriors, making excuses... The list goes on. NightClan have been at it for too long, and we leave immediately! Me, Dustclaw and Honeytail will split you into groups. Mine and Dustclaw's will attack first, both at the left and right. I'll take Petalfoot, Amberleaf, and Greyfang. Dustclaw's taking Willowstream, Rainstrike and Dovepaw. Honeytail will be taking Whitepaw, Icepaw, Lilypaw, and Ashtail. Honeytail's group will split up in midst of the battle, and hopefully not sooner than that, and help the other two patrols. Queens, we need you to stay here. If something happens, you and the kits will be the last of us. If that does happen... Featherwing, you'll be leader. Let's go!" She finished.

Dustclaw noticed a look of surprise and horror appear on the queen's face. He gave her an apologetic look, Moonstar was overreacting. We might lose a few warriors he thought grimly, But it won't be all of us, MoonClan will live forever, so long as the moon and stars exist. He shook off the unsettling thoughts. He called over his patrol, and led them across the forest.

Dustclaw took a deep breath in, and heard a few of his Clanmates doing the same. "Okay, don't take too many risks - risks that aren't needed. Get someone to help you if it's needed. Understood? Okay, let's go."
They crept silently along the "Night forest" until they found a small patrol. "MoonClan, attack!"
