Set in the future after a devastating nuclear war, life has begun anew for humans. They now live in small nit societies or keep to themselves. When a particularly disruptive cult group begin to make trouble and end up threatening several local areas, a group from one of the victimized towns decides to take a stand for themselves and their neighboring towns and put a stop to the cult's actions. However, their foe is mightier than they thought and things don't go as planned.
