Humm.. Well, I could try after we decide exactly what she looks like... I could do the two islands small on each side of her head and upper body. A idol could be floating in front of her...? That might be a stretch from my abilities, but I can still try.

So..... What exactly does she look like so I can maybe start?
I'm going on a trip Mon-Fri that involves having no electronics.
So the cover will probably be done bout next Sun or Mon.

She's pale, with perfectly blonde, super curly hair, and sorta mushy facial features, like they don't really fit together, and blue eyes. I figure you only want her face, so there.
