Are we going to have a relationship between the tribes? Or just a friendship, since there needs to be a connection.

'Light' in Italian is 'Luce'....
And 'Darkness' is 'oscurita' in Italian, if those work.

She could be Lucy or Luce, and he could be some nickname out of oscurita.....

The tribes are going to be enemies, or she wouldn't be stealing from them in the first place....

I would like them to be bf/gf after the whole thing resolves, and maybe at the end that's okay or they go away together....?

I think we'll have a relationship with the two But they should know each other before, like they were friends when they were little, when the tribes may have been peaceful

Relationship or friendship, I know this sounds weird, but I suggest writing about the one you are the most familiar with. Unless you read lots of romance books or have been in a relationship yourself, don't venture out farther than a friendship. If you do, (oh I forget the technical word) but a writer who doesn't really know what is going on. Like if you have never lived by the ocean or been there, don't write about someone who who visits a beach. Because you are inexperienced in the subject, your characters will be as well. Yet on the other hand, if you have been in a relationship/read lots of romance, then go for it!
