I decided to write a fanfic about the RP I happen to be in, Storm Pack. You can see it here.
Anyway, the story won't be following the exact events in the roleplay, mostly because I don't remember them all extremely well as this has been going on most of the summer.
Feel free to comment and critique ^^ I'll be adding a table of contents later so it doesn't matter.
Enjoy!
List of characters here.

Crashing Storms;;
Damien.
"Please be alright."
That one silent plea echoed back to me in the pitch black of the night, rain pouring down my arms and legs as it continued to Storm. We were far enough away from the road that we were safe and no one could see us.
It had all happened so fast. Where had I gone wrong?
We'd been at the beginning of our road trip. We weren't exactly sure where we were going, but it was going to be fun. All of us.
Then...that truck. It just came out of nowhere. I didn't see it, but our car was the first to capsize out of the two that were travelling. Everyone was flipped over, most knocked unconscious. I didn't know if anyone was going to survive. I still didn't know.
I went around to each person, hesitating before lowering my mouth to their neck, my sharp teeth sinking into their soft, vulnerable skin, sending my own poison into their veins, infecting them as I had been.
You're late.
The soft voice flirted with my ears, the siren-like melody that played with the vocals sending shivers through my spine. This had been the oddest one I'd ever taken in, and her rank in the pack reflected how I felt towards her.
What do you want? I spat, pausing a moment before adding, Omega.
The voice was silent for a moment, and I was almost glad. Though I was rather old, I'd never been around another of our species before. This girl was much more experienced than I when it came to interacting with others, but she was rather unnerving, and I could never bring myself to fully discipline her as she instructed me to. She was very knowledgeable about certain things, and that put me on edge.
You were supposed to swing by the house before you all left for the week. I have your things packed and piled neatly by the front door. The girl paused a moment, the silence filled with apprehension. You are hurt and in trouble. What has gone wrong?
The inner Alpha inside of me began to kick in, as I didn't take well to being ordered about.
Korona, this is none of your business. Wait inside in the living room, and I will come get you if I need you, I snarled. I felt a bit bad for yelling at the other, but there were more important things on my mind than explaining everything that happened to a girl who was in no way connected to these people, at least not how I was.
The voice was silent, though I was not sure if connection was cut off. I assumed it was, as she knew her place better than I did, and I continued on with my work.
It wasn't until everyone was bitten that I had to call for help. I hated to do so, but it was necessary.
Korona and Darion, I need you.
Not even a minute had passed before two figures slid out from the shadows, their eyes reflecting the soft light that emanated from my flashlight. They bared their pearly white fangs at the strangers, though a simple hand gesture on my behalf told the beasts that these were my friends.
I took a small breath before I too changed. Black fur covered thick skin, ears traveled up my head, and my mouth and nose elongated into a stocky snout. Before I could blink an eye, I was a large, menacing wolf.
The only thing I hated about being such a creature was the fact I could no longer use my vocal chords. Wolves did not have the kind of vocal chords required to create human speech, and instead, I had to resort to mental communication, something I was not skilled at.
Take these people back to the house and fix them all up. By morning, they will be like us. They will be werewolves.
Korona.
My eyes narrowed at Damien's command, as well as at his choice. No matter what the situation, these humans should have had the choice of either dying or becoming what they were about to become; monsters. I would have chosen to die.
Of course, it had never really been my choice, had it?
I looked at the wolf on my left, shaking my head. Darion was a natural born werewolf, as was myself, though Damien...I wasn't sure. There was a lot of mystery surrounding the male I called Alpha, and I was one who liked to unravel secrets. It was my duty in life, I suppose.
I quickly nudged two of the humans onto my back, shuddering at the dead weight they brought upon me. I noticed Damien watching me with careful supervision, and I did my best to relax and comfortably carry the two without giving away how much I hated them.
It wasn't their fault, of course. I'd always wanted to be human, a chance to be normal, but that was a luxury I'd never been granted. I can't say that if I was given the opportunity to become human, I'd turn it down. Then again, once a freak, always a freak. That's something my father would say when I got especially down on myself.
The house soon came into view. Relief washed over my body as the familiar cabin-style building touched my vision.
Large logs made up the outside of the house, as well as some stone that edged the land around it. It was rather large and magnificent, though to one that had to clean it all, it was much too large. I had to say, I did enjoy the pools and such. It was rather relaxing when no one was around to dip your toes in and pretend you were with everyone else.
Within the last year, I'd been apart of at least 10 different packs. I never stayed long, and whether I left on my own accord, or I was kicked out, I didn't last more than a month, really. The pack life just really wasn't for me, and I kept kidding myself and making myself believe it was.
I set the humans down, watching as their bodies began to contort and spasm, the poison slowly working its way to their heart. They wouldn't shift tonight, but their souls were attaching to that of a wolf, and they were slowly transforming and gaining that ability. It wasn't long before I had them inside, followed by Darion and Damien with the others, and I began doctoring them up.
My mother was an amazing healer, and though her father was a werewolf, she was not. Her healing abilities were known throughout the land, and though I never met her, I had her journals and I'd learned well from them.
Damien sat beside me, watching as I worked. He was fairly anxious, I could tell, but I didn't want to ruffle him up. Something in his dark brown eyes told me he didn't want to talk, so I left it at that.
At long last, I pushed some thick, black hair away from my face, satisfied with my work. "I am done," I murmured, turning to Damien.
He ran a hand through his course brown hair, sighing and standing up. "Thank you, Korona. Go to bed," he murmured, and I did not hesitate, not questioning him in the slightest.
I walked towards my bedroom, opening the door and crawling into bed, fully clothed. I was worn out, and I knew the day to come was only going to be worse than this.
If only they knew what they were in for.
My eyes slid closed as I fell into a heavy slumber, dreaming of the days events and wondering what the next was to bring.

A Rather Rude Awakening;;
Damien.
Last night was, in a word, horrific, and all I could think was that it was my fault. I shouldn't have brought them all out at night when we knew a storm was approaching. I should have seen the car, or at least heard it. I should have done something other than...what I did. Korona and Darion tried to sway my way of thinking, but it hasn't worked. I don't know what to do.
I woke up to something hitting me with a pillow, then opening my blinds. I blinked my eyes a few times, glaring over at the girl who was doing it.
"Five more minutes," I growled, turning away from the blonde-haired girl and putting a pillow over my head, which she promptly removed and set aside.
"Come on Damien, everyone is going to be up soon; no sense in wasting time."
I looked up wearily at the girl, shaking my head as a smile grew on my face. This particular girl's name was Lilac, a slender girl who seemed to take up the whole room. She was like a sister to me, as we'd been friends the longest, which was a few years. It seemed like forever ago, though.
"You never told me about this place," she mused softly to herself as she began to tidy up my room for me. That was Lilac for you. She couldn't stand a mess, except her own.
"It's my parent's old cabin. They left it to me in their will." A long time ago, I added softly in my head, though I didn't speak the words out loud.
Lilac grew silent, biting her bottom lip gently and looking over at me with sad baby blues. I could tell she hated bringing my parents up, as it was a rather sad memory for me, but it had happened so long ago, I'd healed. Of course, I had told her it happened when I was about ten, which was true, though I haven't been ten for a long time.
I got up, grabbing her hand and squeezing it softly. The bite mark on her neck caught my attention, and I flinched internally. She was baring the mark of a werewolf now.
"I smell food. Why don't we go downstairs and eat, hmm?" I suggested, smiling over at her. This seemed to cheer her up a bit, and I was glad to see my best friend happy again.
We walked downstairs together to be met by another of my friends, Lucy, cooking some bacon. Kit was just bounding down the stairs, and Darren was laying on the couch, already tired. I knew a few of my pack mates were already out on patrol, which made me glad, as I wanted to tell everyone about the incident as soon as possible, with little interruption.
A silent, dark presence seemed to enter the room, and I turned to see a hardly-awake Korona stumbling down the stairs. She was still very graceful for nearly tripping over her feet, though it did not seem to phase her. She was still in her pajamas, and I could tell she was extremely uncomfortable as she suddenly realized the mistake she made.
Lucy was the firs to speak up.
"Uh...hi! Want some bacon and eggs?" she laughed, the sound on the brink of nervousness.
Korona just sharply nodded her head, taking the plate that was handed to her and walking towards the mud room, no doubt getting an early start on cleaning the house.
I could tell everyone was questioning who the strange girl was, but I ignored their glances, grabbing a plate for myself and inviting everyone to join me at the kitchen table.
Can you hear me?
The soft voice barely brushed my ears, and though I was slightly shocked at the connection, I was glad that I was beginning to get used to it.
Yes I can. What's up, Darion? I asked, tilting my head to the side slightly, not wanting to give away anything to the others quite yet.
Just letting you know...I may be skipping patrols today. Last night was rather rough, and I'm pretty beaten up, Darion admitted to me. I could tell he was trying to be strong, but pain was radiating through his mind as he spoke.
Take it easy and call me if you need anything, I instructed.
Soon, everyone was sitting beside me, gobbling down the food that was prepared for them. Everyone was hungry, but I noticed that Kit was eating the most, wolfing down her food as well as the left overs of those around her. It baffled me that something so small could eat so much.
I began to clear my throat, trying to get everyone's attention. By this point, Korona had rejoined us, but she was standing outside the doorway, eyes narrowed slightly. She didn't approve of the new werewolves, I could tell, and for obvious reasons, this angered me. These were my friends, and I knew they would all make excellent additions to the pack.
"Can I have everyone's attention?"
The room gradually came to a hush, and I smiled, glad they were all listening. The table we sat at was a perfect square; enough room to hold twenty people, easily. There was a lot of space, but everyone seemed to be huddled in one corner; the one nearest to me.
"Do you all remember what happened last night?"
A few nodded their heads, but most just shrugged their shoulders or shook their heads no, indicating many either truly didn't remember or the memory had been blocked out.
"We got into a car crash last night. A truck came driving down the wrong side of the road, there was no way that we could have avoided it. I wasn't sure if you all were going to make it...I had to do what I did."
The room was dead silent at this point. Barely could the breathing of the people in the room be heard, and I could tell many were very scared.
"What did you do to us?!" Kit finally snapped, the look on her face pure terror.
"I had to bite you. You and everyone else. Otherwise you all would have died," I tried to reason with her, but by this point, she was hysterical, shaking uncontrollably and eyes wide.
"What are you? What am I?!" she squeaked, beginning to hyperventilate.
A howl resounded throughout the house, creating yet another eerie silence.
Lucy slowly turned around, looking over at Kit. "I think we're werewolves."
Korona.
It was odd, watching all these new werewolves figure out who they were. Never had I met a new werewolf, and I vowed at that point that I never wanted to see it again. The sheer terror and rage and sadness that washed over them was...unbearable. I quickly excused myself from the room, visibly shaking myself as I wandered towards the living room, collapsing on the couch. A few of them passed right by me, some eager to find their wolf side, others terrified, though no one noticed me, and I liked to keep it that way.
Damien emerged from the room, looking exhausted and upset. He glanced in my direction, hesitated, then sat down beside me, clearly unnerved.
"I didn't think it would be that hard," he murmured, his dark eyes turned down towards the ground.
"Their reaction made it harder, I'm sure," I replied, trying my best to console my Alpha. I wasn't sure what to say in such a situation, and remained silent after that. Damien seemed to appreciate the silence before getting up, walking outside.
I stood up myself, following him. I trailed behind him before standing beside him and observing those who had already shifted and those who had not. It was bliss, for a split second.
That second didn't last nearly as long as I had expected.
A shrill cry from the kitchen caught both of our attention, and we ran inside, seeing an unconscious Lucy collapsed on the kitchen floor.
Damien ran straight to her side, and I quickly grabbed a few cold towels and a bit of some strong smelling scented candles.
I lit the candles, placing the cold towels on her forehead as I did so. I then sat beside her, watching as Damien pleaded with her, trying to wake her up. I sighed, shaking my head.
"Hush," I murmured, and I wasn't sure if it was shock that made Damien shut up, or if he was desperate enough to listen to me. I began to sing a soft lullaby my mother taught me, the melody so soft, barely anyone could hear it outside of Damien and I.
By this point, everyone had crowded into the kitchen, making the large space suddenly feel very small. I continued to sing, holding a candle near the collapsed girl. As soon as the song ended, the flame was extinguished, and Lucy woke up, safe and sound.
A part of me pulled my body towards the flames that surrounded me, but the other half of me kept me at Lucy's side.
The candle I had been holding went from a cherry red to a deep black in color. I wasn't sure if anyone but myself had noticed, but I didn't want anyone to see if they hadn't already. I stood up, putting the candle in the microwave. The candle sat in there under the waves, slowly turning back to its original color. It wasn't until the candle began to melt that I took it out, turning the microwave off and returning all the candles to their original places.
Lucy seemed back to normal, but she was now blabbering on about wolves and such. I decided to leave them be, walking back up to my own room and settling down onto my bed as soon as I arrived.
I looked out the window, seeing all the other wolves out there, wishing I could be out with them. I noticed a few of the other pack members had emerged from the forest, scaring a few of the newer members and surprising others.
A small smile cracked on my face, but I quickly shook it away, aware that I was not supposed to be happy here.
I walked back downstairs, noticing that nearly everyone was gone. It was nice to have the house to myself for a while. I enjoyed my alone time, after all.
Lucy sat on the counter when I walked into the kitchen, looking a little relieved. When she saw me, she jumped up, hugging me tightly.
I gently pried her off, looking at her oddly.
"That was for saving my life," Lucy explained, blushing a bit as she realized I was not the huggy kind of person.
"It was no problem. Really."
Lucy seemed a bit put off by my attitude, quickly going back to the dishes.
I sighed, shaking my head and walking over to help her. "Don't be offended by how I react. I'm not warm on anyone. I'm a lone wolf trying to fit into the pack life, and it's kind of hard," I explained to her quietly. This brought a smile back onto the redhead's face, and the rest of the dish washing was spent in a happier atmosphere.
My mind wandered away, and I began to wonder how long this easiness would last.

Chaotic Mess;;
Damien.
I sat beside Lilac outside, looking over at her, my mind drifting off to various places as she talked, babbling on about who-knows-what. I just enjoyed listening to her voice, the sweet music it created in the air, dancing around my head and lulling me into comfort.
"Damien? Damien, are you even listening to me?" Lilac laughed playfully, punching me in the shoulder.
I rubbed where she had hit me, mocking pain as I slugged her back, though not quite as hard as she had tried to hit me. After all, I was more experienced than she, was I not?
"I was listening," I lied, giving her a large smile. That earned me an eye roll and another punch, but it was worth it to see her happy.
She leaned against my arm then, shivering slightly, though I assumed it was due to what had just happened, and what she knew. Her delicate fingers traced where I had bitten her, a frown set deep upon her face.
A slender figure appeared before us, dark mahogany locks curling down her small back. She was lean and muscled, though the way she held herself was soft and slightly breathtaking. Werewolves were always breathtaking, though.
She blinked her forest green eyes, a smile wide on her pale lips. She was looking at Lilac, who was slowly backing away, but she made no move to go after her. She simply stood there, a calming presence washing over us.
"Nothing to report, Damien," the girl murmured, her silky voice having an effect on Lilac as she calmed down.
"Thank you, Faith. We can all hunt later tonight," I promised her. The girl nodded simply, then disappeared back into the woods.
"Who was that?" Lilac murmured, awestruck.
I smiled after the girl, quickly turning back to Lilac as I tried to hide the blush. So I was a bit of a player, I'll admit, but when you're around this many beautiful girls, how can you not just love them all?
"That was Faith. She's one of our hunters. Many of the other members who have been werewolves longer enjoy the forest more than the house," I explained. "It'll be easier on you guys anyway with them not hanging around the house all the time."
I myself enjoyed the forest as well, but I was a bit closer to my human side than the others, so I would have picked the house over the dens in the woods any day, even without my friends being here now.
Lilac turned to look at me, her eyes hesitating before falling to the ground. "Damien, I'm scared. I don't want to shift," she whispered softly.
I gently took her hand in mine, looking at her. "It'll be okay. I promise, you'll love it," I murmured, brushing her cheek with my free hand, her skin soft under my callused hand.
