Would anyone be able to critique my story?
I'm a newbie writer and not as good as most, but I try.
It's about the 79th Hunger Games.
It follows the Life of a District One Tribute and I might do one of Panem in shambles.
If you PM me your critique I will gladly critique in return.

Hey guys, just a random tip for you! If you're writing and lose muse, listen to the band Nightwish. They're orchestral and rock, and the lyrics have so much meaning. I think it's probably one of the best muse boosters.

Movie scores are also super good to listen to while writing, because they're designed to be emotion-provoking and also background music. Anyway, that's my take on this conversation. ^.^
Super busy, can't really reply often. RPers please understand, thanks. c:

That's true, too. I also tend to listen to musicals. Sweeney Todd's probably my favourite.
(By the way; completely off topic, but The Hell Pit is one of my favourite Doctor Who episodes. I just saw the gif in your signature.)

OMG HI! :D I didn't know you were here too!

In response to the current topic: I agree. Listening to music while writing helps calm me down, block out background noise and it keeps my head clear. :3 I find that listening to movie soundtracks and Enya helps a lot.

(I LOVE Doctor Who! My favorite doctor is the fourth.)
I was actually listening to music when I wrote the first chapter of my story 'Wolves Of Moon Pack'.

Oh gosh, yes. I love movie soundtracks. Rise of the Guardians, Epic, Pirates of the Carribbean, and the Avengers have to be my favorite. What do you guys like best?
