I'm sorry but I don't know if I can keep reading this....it's kinda stressful....and I'm already dealing with alot of stress in my life. An I kinda know that not everything has a happy ending. I kinda live in the real world. Have a real life. Rarely anything has a happy ending

Derek didn't do anything for a moment, just let Raleigh kiss him. Her lips felt soft and tasted like strawberries. But the moment he started to kiss her back guilt stabbed him in the back a few times, but why? Maybe because of Astella, but what did she care? She literally just told him he meant nothing to her and blurted out that the kiss we had meant nothing. All she was to him now was something he had to look out for and make sure she didn't run away again.
Derek started to kiss Raleigh again but the guilt was too much for him. He slowly pulled away and gently pushed her off of his lap.
"What's wrong?" Raleigh asked him, a little confused. She leaned against him and started to trace shapes on his bare chest and play with his long dark hair.
"We can't do this." Derek put simply, looking away awkwardly. Raleigh stared at him and pursed her lips, obviously angry.
"Fine." She got off the bed and went into hers, shutting off the lights. Derek waited about at hour, when he knew both Jared and Raleigh were sleeping before he got up an quietly knocked on the bathroom door.

Eventually my phone had gone dead my my neglect of charging it and I just wrapped the head phones around it and set it aside. I tried to actually get some sleep, until I heard a knock at the door. I hesitated but crawled out of the bath tub and peaked through the key hole, seeing Derek waiting patiently outside. I didn't say anything but he must have heard me and unlocked the door himself. I quickly stood up and found my face just inches away from his. We stayed silent, just stared at each other for a moment then instantly at the same time crashed out bodies together to there was no spaces in between us. I felt myself trembling a little bit and clung to him as if my life depended on it. Derek buried his face in my hair and I rested my forehead against his chest, taking in his sweet scent.
"Did you see?" He whispered into my ear, his soft lips brushing against my ear which sent chills down my spine. I nodded slowly and pressed my ear against hi chest, listening to his heart beating.
"I'm so sorry, Stella." He murmured, looking down at me and pressing his forehead against mine. I stared into his emerald eyes and felt like melting in his arms. Derek nudged my nose with his with his charming smile to follow it at if to cheer me up. I pecked his lips gently and he smiled down at me and kissed my forehead.
"Now, are you going to sleep in a bed and not run away from me in the middle if the night or sleep in the bath tub?" Derek teased me, tickling my side playfully. I laughed and still clung to him.
"A bed, please!" I smiled up at him and he picked me up, cradling me in his huge arms. I clung to his neck and rest my head on his collar bone. He carried me to his bed and gently lay be down before settling down himself. I crawled over to him and rested my head on his chest again, my hands resting on his shoulders. I was so unsure about how I felt for Derek before, but this felt so right.
"Astella, do you think that we could just have this right here? No questions or doubts?" Derek asked me, pushing back my hair. I hesitated and looked up at him. I wasn't sure if I could get close to anyone else after Violet and getting Dalila almost killed several times. It's was honestly a wonder she was still alive with the trouble I've seemed to be causing for everyone. But I could try for Derek's sake.
"Of course." I faked a smile and hoped the worry in my eyes was covered good enough. Derek seemed ecstatic and hugged me and kissed my cheeks, forehead, and chin then finally my lips. His lips pressed against mine get so amazing.
"Thank you." He whispered as he pulled away just enough to look into my eyes. I smiled and lay back down on his chest, his heart beating right against my ear. Derek wrapped his arms loosely around my waist and closed his eyes. I waited for him to fall asleep then kissed his cheek gently and closing my own eyes. I slowly started to drift off into unconsciousness next to Derek.

The next morning was hectic so Jared could get back in his driving schedule so we could get there soon. I woke up really early so neither Raleigh or Jared would have seen me with Derek. Raleigh would probably to into a jealous fit and Jared, well, I'm not entirely sure what he'd do. I searched through Derek's bag for something to eat but all I found where some beef sticks and crackers. I narrowed my eyes at the small meal but I hadn't eaten since we had lunch yesterday. I ate two beef sticks and a handful of crackers before finding the water Derek had bought me in his pack as well. I gulped it down and felt a little less hungry now.
Next, Jared woke up, quickly rushing around the small room. I got up and stretched before reaching into my duffle bag and pulling out some clothes and changed into them. Soon enough Raleigh was awake doing the same, glaring at me now and again. I just ignored her now. Lastly, Jared woke and staggered across the room to one of his bags, just pulling a shirt over his head and slipped on his shoes.
"Are you guys all ready to go?" Jared asked coming out of the bathroom in some jeans and t-shirt. We all nodded and I pulled my over sized hoodie over my head before grabbing my phone out of the bathroom. I grabbed my bags and walked out the door, Derek following close behind me. I could feel him staring right at me which made me feel really uncomfortable. I climbed down the set of stairs and into the car. It wasn't as cold as it was last night but I was still hovering when I got in the freezing car. Jared climbed in the drivers seat as well as Raleigh and Derek, Derek sitting right next to me.
The drive seem long and made the whole day stretch out. We had already been through New York, Pensilvania, and we stopped in Ohio and so far today we've been through Indiana, Illinois, and Missouri. I sighed and stared out the window, I felt pulled and tense since last night. I honestly didn't want to be in a realationship but Derek seemed to be very happy. Derek must have noticed how deep in thought I was and slipped his hand into mine, lacing our fingers together. I forced a smile onto my wore down face and sunk into my seat.
"Hey guys, looks like our buddys are back." Jared said, a hint of anger in his voice. I quickly looked out the window and saw two jet black jeeps speeding up to us.
