Moonclan's Stories and Legends (No Posting Please)

"Welcome, my name is Sparklestar" a lovely gray colored she-cat comes toward you. "I'm the leader of Moonclan, where the cats sit under the shining moon and stars. I suppose you kittypets got lost when wandering the forest. Let me tell you more about our ways." She welcomes you into her den and you sit down across from her and listen.

How Moonclan Cats Came to Be

Legend has it that the very first Moonclan cat made the Moonclan cats from pieces of the moon. Moonstar was walking around the stars thinking of the different cat clans that lived on earth. As she watched them she wished she had her own clan to set upon the earth. That night was the time of the full moon, the time when all the clans would have a gathering. As she listened Dawnfeather came up to her and said, "Isn't it time that you make some cats to put onto the earth."
"Yes Dawnfeather it is I just don't know what to make them out of." replied Moonstar
"What about the Moon."
"Yes I shall make them of the moon and you Dawnfeather, you are not dead yet you shall go down to earth and lead those cats for this I shall reward you with eight more lives."
"Thank you Moonstar I shall lead them well until I die"
So Moonstar made many cats from the moon and Dawnfeather became Dawnstar and she led the Moonclan cats fair and well until she died to join Starclan.
