This is a thing where you comment and I write stories about characters I don't use anymore,or characters who have an epic past/future.Anyways...Your ideas most likely will not be used,because I think I have pretty much everything already.Please don't feel bad that you can't do anything about my story,because you can.I may make contests now and then for characters,plots,or if I'm bored,I may make what I call a "back to back" storry,where some fans and I take turns writing chapters from different point of views. YAY!CITIZEN PARTICIPATION!!!XD Yes,yes,I am very hyper.XD

Where's Kodak?



Prolouge


April,a large cheetah and calico mix,stood on the large rock which marked the edge of Wildpack territory.Her fur was a soft cream color,and her pelt was speckled with tiny black dots.On her head was a nearly perfect black star.A small black line curved from her eye and touched her solid black nose,which glistened like the drops of water that fell from the ceiling.The tip of her tail was dark grey,and dark orange rings striped her tail.she also had dark orange patches with lighter orange stripes in them.April's worried amber eyes searched desperatly for her young cousin."Kodak?"she whipered softly,her words barely cut through the damp air."Kodak?"A loud cry suddenly echoed through the air,making the pack leader's fur fluff up."Kodak!"she whispered,peering through the darkness.How does Shadowpack see in there? April wandered as she cautiously sniffed the air.She didn't smell anything other than the fishy smell of Shadowpack,which made her gag.I can't save him.It's too dark.Oh....why did I turn my back to him?What sort of leader am I? Just then,the sleek,slender brown body of Cedar approached,her pawsteps so light they didn't even upset the dirt."Hello,April."Cedar said with cold poeliteness.April nodded respectfully."Greetings,Cedar."Cedar placed her green gaze upon April."As leader of Shadowpack,I reconize the screeches of my pack.And I do believe that something happened to Jay."Cedar paused to let the meaning of her words sink in.April replied with such calmness that the suspition faded in Cedar's eyes."I think one of my Claws went in there.He is too young to know better."Cedar's eyes flashed with excitement,which made April uneasy."Why,you didn't announce at the meeting,April.That must mean he was appointed recently?""Just afew minutes ago,actually."Cedar gave a toothy grin,which made April body stiffen."Well,that's too bad!Why,he must be so scared in the dark!I'll have to go find him for you.Take care!"And with that she diappeared back into the inky blackness.April headed back toward her camp.I sure hope Cedar doesn't find Kodak.I'll never be able to lead the clan if I can't even watch a newly appointed Claw!And I'd never forgive myself!And even worse,she may slit his throat right infront of me! Shuddering,the Wildpack leader padded slowly back the way she came,imagining only the worst.

Chapter One


Kodak opened his bright red eyes.Where am I? He wandered,his eyelids sagging drowsily.Kodak was a tan color,with a black line that started from his nose,hit his eye,then spread out into a circle that closed on the other side of his eye.The line was surrounded by small black dots.Black stripes went down his back and down his long tail,witch ended in a black ball of fluff.Kodak stood up slowly, trying to get a good look around.He was apparrently in a small den,that was made by freezing water,judging by the smooth stone walls.He then turned to see the source of light; a small opening.He cautiously padded towards it,now wide awake and fully alert.As he poked his head outside,he heard a female snapping angrily at someone."You feather-brain!You weren't supposed to kill him!He would have been a great addition to our pack!I told you to knock him out so he wouldn't remember!"Remember what? Now curious,he perked his ears in time to hear the reply,"I didn't kill him,Cedar!I swear,he's not dead!I only hit him in the head when my paw,that's it!""Jay,I know you used your claws!"Kodak drew his head back inside when he heard footsteps coming toward him.He silently lay limply on his side,his eyes open only a crack.

Cedar walkd past the cage containg the prisoner."I can't believe this.."she muttered to herself.She perked her ears when she heard breathing.Quickly,she rushed back toward the prisoner on silent paws.She thrust her head indside.A cruel smile appeared o her face when she saw the frightened face of Kodak."Why,good morning!"Cedar murmered half-heartedly,circling around the young Claw.He's short...but his legs are sturdy.He doesn't cower...his tail is over-sized,but that could be useful.Yes; he will most certainly be a great asset to Shadowpack. Cedar stopped in front of the frightened youngster."Well,now!You look as if you don't reconise your own leader!"Cedar could see the uncertainty flicker in Kodak's eyes."I am Cedar.This is Shadow pack.You are Kodak,a recently appointed Claw."Kodak seemed to remember something when he heard the word 'Claw'.Cedar faked a warm smile."How about you come train with me?"Kodak seemed to find his voice and replied,"Sure!"
