HEY!!
I am new to chicken smoothie and as my first ever forum I have decided to share my first chapter of a story I am writing named "the Trails of Black-Mist"
Since this is my first work, I will only first be showing the first chapter
chapter 1:Past
Long ago. like really long ago.There was a planet called “Earth” which at the time was ruled by Angels and Demons. The Angels took the North of the planet while the Demons had the South, they called these places Roubo and Ghenhai . The Angels and the Demons absolutely hated each other, they never came close to being near one another, but when they did it was considered the most dangerous crime. This was the only law the Angels and the Demons both had. However there was one pair who , even though they knew the penalty was certain death, the two fell madly in love. They put everything aside to meet again and again. Eventually one of the Demons had been suspicious of the one who is never seen.
It all started back when the Angel and Demon were kids.
A little child Angel walks up to a huge castle like building that floats in the sky. “go on sierra , its time” . Sierra spreads out her Wings and fly’s up to the floating castle along with other children.
(nerator)”Later that day”. Sierra and the other children have their wings spread out in a courtyard sparring. Sierra punches the other Angel and ducks down then spins slashing her wings on the other angel the other Angel also ducks down but jumps into the air. The Angel fly’s up to a point where Sierra can’t see her and she swoops down tackling Sierra by catching her off guard.
“Nice work shuki!” an older man says while rubbing his hand on shukis head.
There’s a crowd of Angels in an auditorium like place. Sierra much older then before goes up to the old man who had congratulated shuki years past. The man is holding a basket full of white glowing orbs.
“congratulations Sierra, you have successfully graduated them from the mines academy!” The old man yells as the crowd of people clap. The old man hands Sierra a white orb and Sierra eats it. After she eats it her Wings burst out and turn through white flames. The crowd looks at her in astonishment. (nerator)” The Reason to the crowd being surprised about this was she had a special ability that went on with a saying of the Angels. Those with the power may only receive one, for greatness is destined, when the fire has just lit up”.
Sierra is in a military base of the Angels , being ordered by a huge Angel which was bigger then most Sierra has seen.
“Sierra your mission is to take out this Demon ( the big Angel holds up a picture of Rue when he’s younger) He has been sneaking around Roubo and terrorizing the Angels” the huge Angel says.
“IM ON IT” Sierra says with a smile on her face.
Rue is jumping from building to building while yelling “WOOHOOO” . with other Demons following him. “Rue will you calm down all of the other Angels are going to hear us” Jonny says with a look on his face.
“i cant believe im saying this but Jonny’s right rue you need to tone it down a bit” Nar whispers to Rue. Rue glides down with his wings spread to a pole, he then has his wings go back in and Rue swings up around the pole back to Jonny and Nar.
“looks like they already found us Nar” Rue says with a smile on his face as Sierra swoops down almost tackling Rue but Rue dodges. “Fistey one isnt she” Rue says still with a grin on his face. Sierra lands on the ground holding two daggers that extend down her forarm’s. Sierra goes towards Rue swiping with her left blade. Rue kicks up her blade dodging it, Johnny comes after Sierra with a staff thrusting it to her right.Sierra blocks it with her left blade then upercutting with her right blade. Jhonny spins his staff to block the blade.
Sierra swipes again and again at Jonny, Jonny dodges noticing Rue has grabbed Sierra by the arm. Rue flys her up and then lets go, he then jumps down and jumps back up to Sierra kicking her up in the sky. Nar is up high holding a sword with electricity running through it. Nar goes after Sierra to fast and ends up hitting Rue, in an explosion Rue grabs on to Sierra and flys down into a building far from Nar and Jonny.
“Get off of me” Sierra says while pushing Rues arms off of her. Sierra spreads her wings out with white flames surrounding her and Rue.
“you know why i pulled you in right?” Rue says while holding his chest wound from the impact with Nars blade.
“Why … Why did you save me !?” Sierra says in fury but blushing.
“meet here in 35 hours!” Rue says then flying up back to Nar and Jonny.
“Rue you alright?” Nar says with a sympathetic tone.”did you get her?”
“ya I I got her” Rue says while looking back. Then flying up with Nar and Jonny.
“HEY TEY GIVE ME ANOTHER BEER” a young looking Demon yells to the bartender.
“hold on hold on i have other customers you know!. hey have you seen Rue anywhere?” the bartender replys with a softer tone than the other.
“ehh you know him he’s never around, but why you so eager to know?”
“besides you hes my top customer!” both of the men burst out laughing.
A tall dark man yells in the hallway “ Jonny stop fooling around we need to head back to the mines”
“im coming im coming, sheash you sound like your eager to go work”
“and you sound eager not to get paid, now lets go”. The dark man leaves a gold coin on the bar counter “thanks tey see you around”
“anytime Nar”
Nar and Jonny walk through an industrial city in order to get to the mines”ahhhhh how i love our capital of Ghenhai, defniatly a lot better then Roubo’s capital” jonny says in disgust.
“You do know that the Angels actually keep there capital clean on the streets. Our definition of clean seams to be pizza boxes and bones next to a broken garbage can “
“ARE YOU SIDING WITH THE ANGELS?!”
“Im not siding im making a statement”, Nar and Jonny walk by an alyway inbetween two giant skyscrapers , to find an Angel and a Demon speaking to eachother.
“HEY YOU!, TURN AROUND”jonny yells. The Demon turns around and holds up two knives.
“Rue!?”Nar sais in astonishment. “wha what are you doing he-” , before Nar can finish his sentence Rue throws a spread of knives at jonny and Nar. Dark wings quickly go infront of the both of them and deflect the knives.
“I’ll see you on your execution!” Jonny yells while fllying up and then bursting through the city.
“I WONT LET YOU!” Rue screams then following Jonny. Jonny swerves through deep cracks that he knows Rue cant fit through but Rue’s wings burst into black flames and grow easely breaking a path through the small crevices. Jonny also does this and they both speed through the city at a greater speed.
“YOU CANT RUN FOREVER!”
“YOUR RIGHT CAUSE I DONT HAVE TO” Jonny sais with laughter. Rue takes advantige of Jonnys over confidence and disapears from behind him in a puff of whirling black mist.
“whered you go?” Rue appears in front of Jonny holding a spear. Jonny quickly brings out a staff and attacks Rue from under him. Rue dissapears into black mist again and then reappears over Jonny , Rue kicks Jonny down sending him flying to the ground. Rue dissapears again and then reappears onto the ground holding the spear straight up. As soon as Jonny hits the spear he goes straight through the spear and the ground.
“A HOLOGRAM!” Demons in armor surround Rue and he is sent to the military general.
3 hours later Rue was supposedly executed. The Angel was found and soon sent back to Roubo. They later found out that she was pregnent and she was quickly executed as well. But the Angels had forgotten one thing, that an Angel or a Demon is born from there mother , but even if the mother is killed the baby will be born from a reencarnated version of the mother.
finaly 900,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,.687 years later(the year 2007) The Angel/Demon child was born into the world as an orphan. He was adopted very quickly and was named Wing.
"MOM!" Wing yells as he walks into his home"Well just so you know(on computer now) just so you know I’m here!”. Wing drops his backpack on the kitchen table then sits down on the couch. He quickly jumps up and shouts in pain while wavings his arms back and forth franticaly, then looks back to find a lit candle in a cup cake on the spot he sat on.
A woman jumps out from behind a doorway yelling “ SURPRISE!!”
“for my 13th birthday or having a burn on my butt”
“birthday silly”, Wing walks over to his adoptive mother and takes a gift out of her hands.”you can open it you know. Wing drops the box on the floor immidietly followed by him ripping the wrapping paper off.
“OH MY GOD” Wing says with his jaw dropped, while gazing at a small dagger with a flame design on its casing. “ WHAT HAPPENED TO MY BARBIE DREAMHOUSE”
The adoptive mother has puppy eyes on her while saying “but i thought you wud wike its”
“Im just kidding it’s awesome mom”
“im not your mother, but anyways, it was with you when i adopted you , they said it was best to wait for you to grow before you could actualy have it around you” she sais with laughter.
“you mean it’s mine?...”
“DDDDDDDDDDDUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH”
“thanks mom!” Wing yells as he goes upstars with his new gift.
“iM NOT YOUR MOTHER WING!!!”
Wing is rolling around in his bed. “Wing... WING!...” a voice says in his dream. He appears in a dark room, he looks around anxiously to know where he is.
“MOM!” he calls out.”Where am I !”, with a shift of darkness he is in a crowd of strange people. Wing bumps into Jonny and Jonny looks down at Wing “watch where your going kid!”
“I I will sorry...” Wing looks up at a man hanging by his feet on a chain with what appears to be black flames in the man’s hands.
A fat man in a big robe holding out a scroll says loudly “Rue Kero is hereby sentenced to death for having a relationship with an... ANGEL!”
“ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo” a random man in the crowd says.
“AHEM” the fat man says to make the random person in the crowd shut up. “ now if you’ll let me finish. Rue Kero will be, in punishment, drowned in holy water for 3 hours”.
The man in the robe signals two ogars to start realing Rue down into the giant pool of holy water. Wing trys to reach out for Rue but has his hand stopped by Jonny. As Rue is going down he vanishes in a whirl of black mist right before he hits the holy water, “HE GOT AWAY”a random man yells from the crowd. Before Jonny can yell at Wing , Jonny and everything around him vanishes into the dark room again.
The dark room fades again into a cemetery. Wing looks down at a grave stone in front of him. Wing reads aloud”Sierra Morri...” Wing hears the voice again.
“Wing... wing... WING!” The voice seems to be coming from the grave so Wing walks towards the gravestone.
Wing falls through the ground and looks up at a woman hanging on a cross with a halo over her head. She calls out again “WING... WING!!”
“Im right here who are you?” Sierra doesn’t reply to Wing and just keeps calling for him “ Wing! WING! WING!”
The black room fades back and Wing wakes up to his adoptive mom yelling at him.
“GET UP OR YOU’L BE LATE FOR SCHOOL!”
“alright alright im going Sharol!”
“about time you call me by my real name!”
