Hello. :] I've been having trouble coming up with a title for my nove I have two in mind, although I will be accepting other ideas.
And now, for the background of the story.
She's The Fifth...
Bruno, Dax, Olive and Berry have never been normal kids- for one thing, they hold the power of the elements in their hands. This group of kids are actually part wolf shifters, which links to their powers. Since birth, they have all had one mission: To find the fifth element. And it just so happens Mercedes Crisp, a runaway from home after being abused by her father, could be the one. Her whole life, she was different. She had a facination in wolves, and the Japanese Elements. When she meets the pack at a local Zoo, things take a turn when the Fifth is finally found. Oh, yeah, there's just one catch; Thalia, a powerful wolf shifter who dabbles in the magic of dark arts wants, wants them all dead.
But the Fifth's death shall come first.
In A Nutshell
Hard to cram it all in there, but to sum it up, Mercedes is 'The Fifth Element' aka Void, a very powerful element the Pack needs to defeat Thalia, a [Very, very evil] human/wolf shifter who wishes to destroy the human race to gain ranks above Earth. I may add in the theme of different dimensions, and things above Earthly nature. Ski-fi, as well. Anyways, Thalia uses dark magic and omens, as well as 'Dark Casters' evil wolves [Pure black with glowing red eyes, which symbolizes evil/darkness] whome she sends out to do her dirty work...Which just so happens to be kill the Fifth. The whole story, the meaning of the story is good and evil. I'm not going to say what happens, because I have dreams of publishing it if I ever finish, so I won't be posting it up on CS either. Sorry. =[
Now, then, I've been stuck over a title! The Novel is going to be part of a three way series, so I'm actually looking for the Series title. This novel, or the first book, is going to be called The Fifth Element.
Here are the two Series title I've been pondering over:
Mercedes Crisp ...Reminds me of Maximum Ride and other first person novels with the characters name. I like it, but I don't know if it clicks.
The Crisp Series ...I like it, but it's her last name, so I was curious if it sounds strange?
