I remember it like it was yesterday...
The sun was shining, the grass was green and all of the ponies in Equestria were happy as the streets bustled with noise. The sun rising in the sky, a pegasus soared past the clouds, rocketing like a bullet. Through all the ruckus a pink pony plowed through, "Hey everyone! I just made some cupcakes! Come on in! Fresh from the oven!" Pinkie smiled, beaming at the flock of ponies that stormed in to buy the delicious pastries. One pony, however, caught her eye. A white mare, with long curly blonde hair. The most shaking thing about this pony was that her cutie mark was... almost... No. Couldn't be. It looked almost just like Pinkie Pie's! The three balloons painfully obvious on her flank. Though all were purple, instead of the normal blue and yellow, they were still the same. The same as Pinkies. The. Same. Pinkie approached this pegasus, her blue eyes masking her inner thoughts.
"Why hello there! I'm Pinkie Pie! I don't think I've seen you around here befo-" Pinkie started, but that was before the mare slipped a white cloth over Pinkie's mouth. Then the room went dark.
When Pinkie opened her eyes yet again she was in a dark room, her vision shrouded she let out a nearly mute screech... "Is anypony there...?"
The call was greeted by two purple eyes. After them, the form of a white mare appeared, her sweet honey blonde hair bouncing after her.
"Hey there Pinkie! My name's Surprise!" The mare smiled, her comfort in the strangest of situations began to worry the pink mare as she struggled to move her legs. Though to no avail, "Oh no silly, you can't do that! I tied you up, remember?" Another comment from Surprise made Pinkie shiver to the core, why was this happening? "Well why not?" Surprise floated towards Pinkie. "Didn't you hear?"
Pinkie cocked her head, her neck feeling the spiteful burn of the rope holding it in place as well. "I'm you!" Pinkie shivered, trying to hide her obvious shock. "Well, what you SHOULD'VE been. Anyways." Pinkie looked around the room, startled as Surprise flipped the switch to ignite the lights throughout the imprisonment.
In the room, there was a table. An EXAMINATION table. One they have in the doctors rooms, littered with the same tools and blades as such. There were no windows. There were no doors. Pinkie found herself lying on a table coated with white plastic sheets, tied down with a thick bundle of itchy rope. Surprise approached, carrying a large knife in her mouth.
"I was what YOU were SUPPOSED to BE. But that never happened. I never got my chance. All. Because. Of. YOU."
Surprise shrieked, not giving Pinkie any time to respond. The pink pony had finally regained a total sense of where she was, what was happening, what was GOING to happen. But it was far too late.
Surprise tore into Pinkie's flesh with the blade, taking out a large chunk of flesh surrounding the cutie mark. She repeated this for the other side, picking them up and sticking them to her own sides with the sticky red blood. She smiled, "Thank you Pinkie! I really love making new friends!"
"Why are you doing this?! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU, YOU DERANGED PONY?!?!" Pinkie finally croaked through a mouthful of blood. The pony had bitten her tongue to stay with the present reality. To stay in the room with THAT pony.
"AHEM, haven't you heard a thing I said Pinkie?" The mare giggled enthusiastically. "I AM you. I am what you SHOULD be. I'm just HELPING YOU."
The pony took another slice at pinkie, taking off a bit of her ear.
"Now, if your a good girl, this won't hurt much! Okay?" The pony chided innocently as if only a filly. "Now, this might be a bit..."
"Excruciating."
The pegasus grinned, laughing to herself as she carefully made two gentle cuts into the flesh -

This is a scary story, for my sleep over I shall have. One of my friends is a MAJOR MLP nerd so we're seeing who can write the most scary pasta for this special occasion.

Also, Surprise is Pinkie Pie's old design. She was SUPPOSED to take Pinkie's place as one of the mane six, but there were already too many pegasai so she was changed.
