Hello! I will be trying a Choose Your Path story. What happens is I give an introduction, and then I give two or three options for the character to do. You decide the choice to change the endings. This story has _ endings! Once you decide, you post it in this thread. I then send you the next piece of the story by PM. After that, you PM me the options and I PM them back to you. If you die or want to try for a different ending, just write the number of the piece and then your new choice. I will be labeling each part. So, for example, if you die at 5 by choosing choice B, then just PM me "Piece 5a" or some thing and I'll give you it. I hope you enjoy!
Intro
The anticipation and suspense has been eating Emily from the inside like a tapeworm. Emily was a skinny fifteen year old girl with dark brown hair, brown freckles, and piercing emerald eyes. Today was the day. Emily stood on her best friend Josh's porch, hesitant. She breathed in and out, trying to calm her rapid heart. It took willpower to get her arm up, when she finally pressed her index finger gingerly upon the doorbell. A mix of fear and uncertainty filled her cautious mind. She was about to push it in before she was knocked back by a heavy force.
When she sat up from the hard gravel, she noticed that her sleeping bag had broken her fail, but now had a small rip. She looked up and saw Josh on the ground next to her. Josh yelled out while smiling goofily "Ow... Watch out when I'm running, come on!" Emily had no other reaction but to laugh. Josh then said "We need to pick up Jessica if we're gonna go." Emily felt a rush of anger enter here and her fear left. She sees Jessica as just another popular bully who happens to have a crush on Josh. Josh bursted up with his usual energy and said "Yeah, yeah" while helping Emily up. Josh had raven black hair that shimmered in the summer sun and dull brown eyes. They both walked along the side of the gravely road and shielded their eyes from the burning sunlight.
When they arrived at Jessica's house, she was already waiting on her porch applying sunscreen. Much of her skin was shown from her revealing outfit. Her bleach blond hair was hidden under a hat, and her blue eyes under sunglasses. Behind her is her gigantic home with a beautiful garden out front, thanks to her rich parents. Emily managed to stifle a "Hello." to her as Jessica ignored her. Josh finally said "Jessica, you ready?" Jessica then sprang up, hugged Josh and said "Oh my god of course I am!" It took all Emily's might to resist rolling my eyes. Emily then decided to do the countdown before Jessica decides to play dumb to look cute. She does it every day. Emily mumbled "Three..." as Jessica put on her confused face, "two..." as Jessica said "Um...", and finally "one." when Jessica said in a cute voice "So what are we doing again Joshie?" Josh, as he usually does either out of ignorance of what she was doing or sheer politeness, explained. "Alright Jessie. You don't remember? We're going to spend a night at that creepy old house! Go get your stuff, come on!" Jeff said with a sweet smile as he put a hand on Jessica's shoulder. Jessica then ran inside and said "Okay! BRB!" Emily pinched the bridge of her nose, looked down, and sighed.
Jessica came out of her house about five seconds later with all of her things, which were obviously ready beforehand. Jessica ruffled Josh's hair and yelled obnoxiously "Alright guys, we don't have all day!" and ran down the street while gripping Josh's arm. Emily felt like the third wheel, but she had known Josh since preschool and was not going to leave now. She ran and caught up with them. They ran to the dead end of the neighborhood before stopping to decide what to do next. Emily's fear returned in
