Chapter 1
I watched as my new owner changed my name from ___ to Ginger. Tucked inside this little box, after 4 days, I was finally freed and the air was like a soft blanket as it cuddled me compared to the cold prison in that little red box. My owner smiled as she realized which species I had become and she flung her hands in the air. I watched her timidly through the computer screen. That day I had really gotten this feeling that something awful would happen.
Walking away, I noticed I was all alone in the "Pets without a group" and I frowned. The page was as still as a summer with no breeze as the eerie light of the light outside the computer turned off, and so did the computer as a pack of dogs came out from their hiding...
