~Prologue~
The she-cat looked at the stick with her old eyes. "Time has come.." she rasped,her voice sounding like old leaves falling. "Change is near,but they still don't know. I feel it in my paws." she continued. Her fur was bwhite as snow,but her left ear pitch black. Her pelt seemed to glitter with the lights of the star,and hen she stood up,her tail lashed back and forht. She turned aroudn,and gazed at the new cat that was approaching."Cliffleap,are the Clan ready for this?" the new cat asked. He was a strong build tom,even thou he looked like he just was an apprentice. He gazed at the old cat with his ice blue eyes.
The old she-cats brow rose. "You dubt the strenght of your own son?" she asked. "Forestcry,I thought better of you!" she said. The toms ears layd back,and he hissed. "I do not dubt the Clans,or my sons,strenght,but they are not made for such a yourney..." he mumbled,but then he biwed his head. "But so shall be." he whispered.
"I will come to him in dream,and tell-" "No!" the she cat interuppted. "I will go! Forestcry,leave this to me,please?" she said. Thr tom looked liek he was going to argue,but as he saw her gaze,he nodded.
"Okay." he said,and then he dissapeared among the stars. The old cat sighed,and closed her eyes.
