"Shimmeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (removed my real name)" my mother called. "Dhuaijokgfiujo," I mumbled sleepily... and sat up like I had been struck by lightning.
I whipped my head to face the clock, which read "8:11 am". School started at 8:20, and I needed to shower, eat breakfast and get to school! It took ten minutes to get there... ARGH!
I finally got to school and plopped in my homeroom class with Mrs. Russo. We unpacked, then watched as Mr. M, the music teacher turned on the Smartboard.
He was putting on a 1984 movie called Amadeus, about Mozart. He was going to assign in one week, a composer from the Romantic musical period, and we had to type a biography. After we finished, we did a little math and read for a while. Then we went to Ballroom dancing classes with Miss Stacy.
We had learned the Merengue, and we reviewed it. Simple way to remember our spinning part? "A quarter, a half, three quarters; whole pie." The magic number or it is eight ^^
Then we learned the Foxtrot, which originated from Manhattan, NY. -iz near Shadow AND me c:- "foxbox" is our little thing for a part of the song- you dance and make a box with your feet.
I, being a girl, step right with my right foot, slide my left foot to the side of my right, step back with my right foot, move my left foot to make an imaginary diagonal line across the box, and move my right foot back to starting position.
We went back to class and reviewed for our math test, then went to lunch.

An hour later, we had our math test... then it was done. "Nishmi" (her nickname) aka lovebug114 and I are class librarians, so we cleaned every book and bin up.
Dismissal was terrifying... the other kids shoved and shouted.
"Jee Ho" ran past me like a chicken with his older brother. I walked with my mom back to the car, and I LOLed after he passed... he didn't notice he had snow and some leaves in his hair.
